I'm very happy with the results, I got many compliments when I went to Rehearsals this morning. Definitely give them a try.

I was in a pinch for an appt and my tech couldn't get me in so I called chi and they got me in right away. Honestly I've been obsessed since and haven't gone back to my usual girl (oops) Chi is so particular, patient and truly listens to the client. She helped fix my shape after a few broke off and she recommended what shape would hold best for my nails. The only thing I'd request, is maybe more color options! But overall great service and staff!

Let me preface by saying that the tech was so nice and friendly and I really liked her. I feel bad posting this because I liked her a lot. But oh my gosh this has to be the worst manicure I have ever had. I asked for squoval (square with rounded edges. VERY common) and this is what I got. A hodge podge of shapes and NONE of the lengths matched between hands. I also had to correct color discrepancies and light spots in the dip. Even after asking her to fix it, she left them incredibly bumpy and didn't properly fill the ridge (as pictured). I walked out completely bummed and pretty pissed that cost me $55 + $11 tip. I went home and immediately reshaped every single nail and will have to deal with the lumpy shape until I can try a new place.

I love this salon and all the women who work there! Very clean, great color selection, they are so incredibly sweet and do a fantastic job. I have gotten pedicures, shellac and dip manicures done here and all are amazing. I am very rough on my hands. I work at a hospital, play softball and rock climb weekly and do crossfit on a daily basis. My manicures have held up fantastic despite the daily beating I put them through. The one time my shellac had chipped prior to the two weeks being up, they got me right in and fixed them- no charge. I won't go anywhere else and can't say enough good things!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! I've had appointments with almost all of the nail techs and they all do an amazing job! The color selection is amazing with so many choices. The salon itself if meticulously clean, with using the pedicure plastic bags in the tubs to single use nail files and buffers for manicures. The girls always make you feel welcome, and I'm always looking forward to coming back!

I'm always on the hunt for a good mani-pedi place even though there on every corner in this town. Not every one does it well though. I decided to come here due to the excellent reviews. Appointments are required, and the place is rather small. Not big and fancy like others, but probably one of the better salons that I've been too. I made an appointment the day before and got there a little early to spend time picking out a color. Mind you, I'm more of a pedicure lady myself, but since I'm starting a new job tomorrow, I wanted to get a manicure instead. My tech was excellent. I got the royal treatment for only $18! That's an excellent deal, and after 10 visits, you get $15 off your next visit. Some of the treatments that came with my standard manicure were a hand massage, hot towel treatment, and a well done polish. Mind you, I didn't get the shellac, but if you did, I think it's $32. Overall a great place and worth the trip here. I will be back! read more

Will definitely be going back. They were so friendly. Not just to me, but everyone who came in and called to make appointments. They also don't charge extra to take the dip off if you're getting dip again which is really nice. A lot of places charge $3-5.00. read more

Went with my family for a girls day and we loved it! The technicians were charming and kind and the service was great. It's been a few days and I still have no chipping. They made sure to get all around the edges of the nail leaving no spot unpolished. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done for a fair price. read more

I love this nail salon! The girls are so friendly and they don't gossip about other customers and if you want to talk, great, if you just want to stay quiet and relax then that's fine too! The salon is very clean and pretty and they do a wonderful job on my nails and my previously awful feet! They have a great color selection for polishes and they do gel and shellac. I get the shellac and my nails always look great from one 2 week appointment to the next. Their prices are great too! I highly recommend this nail salon!!!! read more

I just went here for the first time today with my mother for pedis & shellac manis and I'm super impressed! The atmosphere is very clean, relaxing, and upscale. Che was very professional and efficient, with meticulous attention to detail. My mom was also very satisfied with Nuo (which is truly saying something, as she is quite particular and really picky). We've been to many, many nail salons but this one is definitely our new favorite and we can't wait to go back! read more

I hate to be a negative, I had dip done and a manicure and pedicure. Let me just say horrible the pictures will speak enough. They tried to say a dry manicure is best for dip FALSE! The manicure as u can see sucked. I also had to go to another salon have them file my nails straight anddd file the thickness of dip it was sooo thick and lumpy. Needless to say I don't recommend or won't be back‍ they staff was super friendly that was one positive but the work wasn't good. read more

This nail salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. I was happy to take them up on their offer of green tea however the manicure was sub par. I have bad cuticles and my technician was so gentle that she barely cut anything off. Also the shellac was applied extremely thin and not well. I had the manicure about 6 hours ago and a few places, near the cuticle line, are starting to lift. Also, and I will admit I'm a little OCD, my nails weren't filed straight. The left side of almost every nail is pointer and higher than the right. When my tech got up to get water, I tried to fix a few and mentioned it when she returned. She fixed a few but not all. Even though this place is in my way home from work, I won't be back. read more

Do yourself a favor & just go! The service is excellent and the salon is clean. They use disposable liners in the soakers and they even remove & sanitize the piece inside of the soaker that filters/moves/pumps the water around...idk what that piece is called, but they clean it, which isn't something that I've seen in other salons. read more

I had an avocado pedicure here and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. They put lemons and essential oils in your water and really take their time massing your feet and legs which was very relaxing. The salon is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. All of the technicians had on the same overcoat which made the appearance of a very professional staff. I will definitely be back here again. read more

After being a loyal client for nearly two years, my recent encounter was appalling. On December 26, 2024, Anya canceled my fill-in appointment due to illness, which I understood. However, her dismissive and hostile response when I tried to reschedule was unprofessional and rude. When I reached out about my nails lifting and needing urgent attention, Anya's reply was focused on her personal situation rather than my needs. After escalating the issue to the owner, I was contacted by someone named Maggie, who they claimed was the salon manager yet for the 1 1/2 years I was there never had I heard of said manager nor a manager existing at all. Conveniently enough magically, there was a manager to handle my complaint when I contacted the Abby. Maggie messaged me who not only refused to offer a solution but also told me I was no longer a "fit" for the salon. This unprofessional dismissal ended my long-standing relationship with them, and I was left without the services I had already paid for. What was worse, there is a toxic, "mean girl" atmosphere at this salon. The staff is fake to your face and talks behind your back. They make the client out to be in the wrong falsely implied that I had made unreasonable demands in the past, which is not the case. I have text messages to proof my assertion, Instead of taking responsibility for the subpar service, Anya deflected and failed to offer a constructive solution. They stick together, no matter who is in the wrong. If a client voices a legitimate concern, the staff shuts them down, and as soon as any complaint arises, they retaliate by refusing service. This entire ordeal caused significant emotional distress and financial loss, as I had to seek another salon for repairs at extra cost and inconvenience. I was never offered a chance to resolve the issue, nor was I compensated for my losses. If you're considering this salon, be cautious. The lack of professionalism, the toxic environment, and how they treat their clients is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sugarcoat Nail Loft.

I asked for very short but my nails are all different lengths and shapes. Some are not filed smoothly and pinky looks like it wasn't cut at all. Place was clean and cute so it seemed inviting at first, but it's just not my vibe.

When I checked in, I was told to go pick out a nail color for my pedicure. While looking at the colors, I picked up a couple bottles to compare the colors and a technician came over and said that they don't allow customers to touch the bottles of nail polish. This was my second time here and I've been to a few different salons and this is the first time I've been told that. The pedicure started 10 minutes late and the technician was rough and unfriendly. During the pedicure, she was aggressively picking at my cuticles with the trimmers leaving red spots around several toe nails for hours after my appointment. She was also rough with the filing, often catching other toes while filing the nail. During the leg and foot massage I continued to flinch and tense up but she did not change her pressure, instead telling me to relax. The following day I had a bruise on one shin and a line of soreness on the other. The nail polish on my toes turned out very nice, but the whole experience was unpleasant and left me sore and bruised.
