It completely defeated the purpose of making an appointment and threw off the rest of our day. To make matters worse, the final bill was nearly double what we had been quoted beforehand. There was little explanation for the price difference, which was both frustrating and unexpected. The staff was pleasant, but between the long wait despite having an appointment and the unexpected charges, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I value businesses that respect their customers' time and are transparent about pricing, and unfortunately this experience fell short on both.

The salon is very clean and the furnishings are gorgeous. When I set in the chair the person began working on me feet. I had to ask if they had different types of pedicures for me to select from. They indicated they only had time to do a basic pedicure while my feet were already in the water. Had I known this I probably would have left because my feet need a little more than basic love. As I proceeded to tell them I was going to pass on having the pedicure done, miraculously they found time to do an upgraded pedicure. I MIGHT give this place one more chance.
