Was looking for a new place to get a manicure and saw their sign on Rochester Road. Dropped in without an appointment and found a clean and nicely decorated nail salon. They were able to take me and Lisa did a very meticulous manicure for me. Enjoyed the quieter vibe here over the usual noisy nail salon. Went once for a manicure. They charged $5.00 extra to take my polish off and the polish job they did wasn't that great. Very sloppy and it looked like the polish had been watered down. I won't go back. Not worth the prices. read more

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is so friendly and they have birds! They always have the tv on to keep us entertained and the chairs are so comfy. Nathan also makes it very easy to call ahead and book appointments and they're always very fast with seating us. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Don't give this business your money. I was a little nervous coming here today and not my usual place, but I was driving by and saw they had 50% off. How could I pass that up? When I got there I was greeted by the manager who gave me color options while I waited for my turn. The guy doing my nails brought me to his chair and rushed me to pick a color- he was pretty rude about it and huffed and puffed when I changed my mind on the color (it's not that big of a deal). I picked a light pink and when he was done I mentioned how my nails looked uneven and slightly sheer. I was not being rude, I simply asked him to fix it. He continues to tell me how it's not fixable because its "my natural nails" he kept trying to say they're bumpy and uneven. Bro. I literally see my nails every single day, and I haven't had gel on them in MONTHS. My nails were 100% healthy and smooth walking in there. Long story short, him and the manager kept going back and forth with me telling me it's my fault. The nail tech raised his voice and when he was holding my hand to do the polish he flung it away from him dramatically. He was so insistent that it was not his fault- and I never once said it was. I just said I didn't like how the polish looked and asked him to fix it. When I was cashing out the manager continued to tell me how it was my nails fault and next time I should only do dark colors. Lastly, when I was entering my pin on the keypad he was watching me enter it. HELLO LOOK AWAY. THATS CONFIDENTIAL. I would say this establishment is VERY unprofessional and does not value their customers or customer feedback. It would do them good to have a slice of humble pie and take what someone says into consideration rather than viewing it as a personal attack. Found the salon on Yelp! after searching for ones closest to my job. VERY pleased with the results. The two sisters that helped me were very nice and friendly. One thing I like about is they were educating me on how to strengthen my natural nails after 8 years of acrylic. I've been told these are the best my nails have looked, ever. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm sorry, but this is truly the worst experience I have ever had a nail salon. My sister and I booked appointments for 2pm today. When we got there 10 minutes early, there were only two technicians and the manager. We were told to wait. After about half an hour of waiting, we asked whether or not they had time for us, as they were obviously still busy and running behind. They reassured us yes, they said we'd be in soon. After about 45 minutes of waiting, they were able to take me and not my sister. The manager that day decided to jump in and start doing my nails, and it was APPARENT he was NOT a nail technician. He took 40 minutes to do my nails- JUST the painting part. There was no lotion, no smoothing of the nail- when I asked if he was going to take care of my cuticles he said it COSTS EXTRA. Absolutely unheard of. The manicure itself was bad, but the worst part? My sister waited for an hour and 10 minutes and no one got to her. I didn't even get a pedicure, because over an hour since our original appointment time had passed. And before I even told them I wasn't getting a pedicure, they TOOK SOMEONE ELSE THAT JUST SHOWED UP, meaning I was going to have to wait for AT LEAST another 40 minutes, since their ONLY OTHER TECHNICIAN was busy. It was ridiculous, considering we asked several times if they still had time for us. They gave dodgy answers but assured us they did. And they did not. Incredibly poorly managed, severely understaffed, low quality manicures. Don't be fooled by the 50% off sign. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I went there for two times. The first to get tips and acrylic nails. The service was very satisfactory, however, 2 weeks later I went back to soak them off and get shellac! The service was provided by another lady. Very poor job, she did not take all the acrylics, has filled my nails until I complained saying was hurting and she did not stop, doing the same in more three nails... instead of soaking for longer time! the shellac itself was peeling off at the same day, of course, there were loads of acrylic and still even the tips!!! I called to let the owner know, she said thanks but did not offer to repair nor a better professional for the next time. I am not sure if recommend or if I would just disclose the name of the lady who did a very poor job so you don't ask for her... anyways, I won't come back! read more

I love this nail salon! The tools are always sanitized, work areas are clean, and they are always on time for their appointments. I've tried a few people at the salon and they all did a wonderful job! I finally found a new place i like!!! Nice staff. They sterilize tools in autoclave. It's quiet. Great pedicure chairs (they use bowl liners). They use OPI and a few other brands. Nice smelling scrubs and lotions. Classy decor. I'll definitely be back! read more

Got a dip powder manicure here for the first time and loved it! My manicurist worked really diligently on my nails and made sure that it was perfect. I was appreciative of that. It was $40 for the set and was worth it considering I don't get my nails done ever, and the nails feel strong and show no signs of chipping. The dip powder process took 1 hr and 15 mins total and they dried and were ready instantly. Will come back here the next time I need my nails done! read more

Worst experience, not worth the the money. Went without seeing reviews as was in hurry to get my nails done. My technician did not massage my legs and hands. My nails Acrylic with shellac each one different shape after filing. No longer Top Nails. Under new management.. but can't figure out what the new name is. Worst mani/pedi ever! I should have asked for the young mans license! Totally unprofessional!! Barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet, never had me wash my hands after filing my nails, so I have dust particles in my polish. He never took care of my cuticles, then coated my nails with three coats of polish and a top coat and never had any fans or offered to have me sit under the light machine for them to dry.. until my mani got screwed up. I had to insist on the drying machine. But it wasn't plugged in or set up for service so had to wait for that. Four of her kids running around with very loud music playing did not add to my relaxing afternoon! He also forgot to give me my charge card back ...left it in the machine... until I asked for it! Seemed too preoccupied setting up his floral fountain!!! She offered me a glass of sangria during all of the chaos ..but then charged me for it , without telling me I'd be paying $10.00 for half a glass of cheap Carlo Rossi Moscatto! I don't mind helping immigrants start a new business, but please have your business set up and organized before you open. And hire experienced employees instead of your husband who has no interest in giving mani/pedis! You will not stay in business if you continue this way. I will not be back! And I will tell others! We scheduled an appointment for a mani pedi for two. When we arrived it seemed like all of the technicians were still working. We asked to make sure they would still have time to take us. They said they did. After a few minutes of waiting, they finally started on one of us. I continued to wait. After an hour, they finally completed one manicure and nothing for me. We were seated in a pedicure chair around 1:00 and waited there for another 1/2 hour without anyone saying a word to us. The water was starting to get cold. FINALLY, we find out that on of their staff's car broke down so that is why we were waiting and waiting and waiting.
