I dropped off just three items at 11:00 AM and specifically requested for them to be ready by 12:00 PM the following day--more than 24 hours later. Initially, I was told this couldn't be done. Then, after speaking with someone else, the staff member told me it could be done, but only for an additional $5. This feels like misleading advertising and poor customer service. If your standard service can't fulfill what you publicly claim, then your motto needs to be changed. As it stands, the promise of "24-hour service" is not only false--it's a frustrating experience for customers.

I awkwardly stand there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, and then a women (I'm assuming is her) comes over and takes my dress. When she is going to hang it up, I asked her if it was okay that I brought a second dress (my rehearsal dinner dress) but before I could even finish she harshly cuts me off and told me "you need sit down, I have another client". I was very taken aback but how rude she was and it honestly caught me off guard. It was so bad I almost debated just taking my dress back and leaving but because I had waited a month for this appointment and my wedding was in a month, I figured I might as well see it through. Huge mistake. I change into my dress and describe to her the alternations I was looking for, which is to shorten it a little and also remove the breast cups. I did not think it was a significant amount of alternations but she seemed to think so. She then proceeded to tell me that she "may" be able to do it, but then looked at her calendar and said that she couldn't guarantee it. I honestly was so confused because she knew my wedding date when she booked this consultation appointment. If it wasn't something that could be done I feel she should've just told me up front rather than let me wait until the appointment. At that point I didn't even put up a fight as in the back of my mind, I knew I wouldn't have been comfortable with her altering my dresses anyways. She gave off the impression that if anything needed tweaking or wasn't to your satisfaction you would be SOL. All in all, a huge waste of my time. It would've been less of a bad experience if she wasn't so rude upfront. I'm starting to think her 5-star google reviews are faked, as at least on Yelp there are a few honest reviews that mention her bad attitude to her clients so it seems to be a common theme. In our final fitting, my mother and MOH looked at each other, completely overwhelmed of how to help me into my dress on the big day, and with five days before the wedding, my mom asked to hire her as our day-of concierge/assistant, and Michelle dropped everything to help! With an affordable price for her service, her presence was not only outstanding, it was invaluable. We didn't realize how much we needed her until the big day came. While myself as the bride was pretty cool as a cucumber, my mother was (for lack of a better word), a hot mess. Michelle not only took care of my needs (and thought of everything), but made sure my mother was calm, cool, and collected so she could enjoy the final moments of getting ready. Couldn't get anyone's attention for at least 10 minutes, and finally was able to inquire about our appointment time. We were told they were busy with other customers and that someone should be with us in about 5 minutes. Well, about 15 minutes more passed so I inquired again. Female employee seemed unfazed and just said yeh... we're really busy and it's just the two of us so I really don't know when we'll be able to assist you. Mind you, this employee also passed by a couple members of my party several times, even making eye contact with ZERO acknowledgement, no "we'll be with you as soon as we can"... NOTHING. I had to hunt someone down to get any kind of acknowledgement. I understand there were only 2 employees and that may not be the employees' fault, but a) How do you accept appointments and then not acknowledge them, telling someone yeh, we don't know when we're going to be able to help you b) how do people walking in without an appt take precedence over those who have an appointment and c) how do you NOT ACKNOWLEDGE customers in your store that you've passed by multiple times. I think that was the worst part - it's just simply rude, inconsiderate, and demonstrates a total lack of customer service. Needless to say, after waiting almost 30 minutes, we left and will be going with some other place that actually believes in helping their customers.
