The guy who answered the phone, Rick, was super friendly and very polite. He told me I could have my car towed that day and they'd try to take a look at it, but it was a Friday so he wasn't sure if they'd get to it. Totally fine. He gave me the number of a tow company that they work with that picked up my car. I didn't hear anything by the end of the day Friday, so I figured they weren't able to get to it. On Monday I got a call from Rick who gave me the bad news... pretty expensive repair but I had already figured that out from Googling. He said he'd order the parts and hopefully get them yet that day. I didn't hear anything back by the end of the day, so I figured they weren't able to get to it. Ha! Then I got a call on Tuesday afternoon saying my car was ready. Luckily my boyfriend and I work together so I wasn't needing a car while it was being worked on. Rick was again super friendly and polite when I picked up my car and everything is running smoothly again. He even followed up with me a couple days later via text to see if everything was still going okay. The lack of communication I experienced the first couple of days might stress some people out, but I wasn't too worried. I will be going to Mason Street Garage for all maintenance from now on. It's really nice to support a local business that cares about their customers and provides friendly service during what can be stressful situations.

They even drove down the road to pick up my wife when she had engine trouble on the way to Prestige--going way above and beyond what you would normally expect for customer service. After we had some recall work performed on our vehicle at a BMW dealership, a new problem cropped up. Prestige initially told me it could cost about $400, but they felt something was odd considering it was just worked on by BMW. Prestige took my vehicle back to the dealer and had them fix the problem (which it turns out the dealer caused), and didn't charge me a dime! Saved me $400 when they could have fixed it themselves and made the money. THAT is how you know you can trust Prestige with you import car!
