We also tried the Kirby, which was okay but didn't stand out as much for me. And of course, I had to get the Rum Punch tasty, refreshing, and definitely strong! The problem is the customer service, which seems to be lacking even on a good day. On this visit, I called in a to-go order for pickup, as I usually do. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready. I asked for an update and how much longer the wait would be, but no one could give me an answer. After several minutes, one employee simply shook her head and said, "I don't know." It turned out they were busy fulfilling a large catering order, which is completely understandable. What I don't understand is why that wasn't communicated to customers placing pickup orders. Multiple people came in asking about their orders and were met with the same lack of response. At least 10 to 12 people were inside waiting, including Door Dash and Uber Eats drivers. After waiting 45 minutes with no clear update, I finally left without my food. The food here may be great, but the customer service and communication need serious improvement. If you decide to order from here, be prepared for possible delays and very little communication/updates about them.
