I needed the box for a return. I asked for a manager that never showed up. And was told again rudely that I needed the box. Then she started out helping others that kept coming in while I was still waiting for her. Had the absolute best customer service experience ever at this Walmart location today. I came in on my break with very little time to shop. I became a little frustrated because I couldn't seem to find the vitamins that I needed. A very friendly employee walked up to me & spoke then proceeded to ask if I needed help finding anything? Many people probably know what a bar crawl is and may even have participated.  They are always fun right?  Walmart crawls are the complete opposite of fun!  This is the experience my mother put my dad and I through going to several Walmarts in one day, to search for a transport chair, because her current one had gotten too uncomfortable for her to use. Apparently, she saw their ad in a flyer and decided we should try to buy a new one for her.   When we entered the store, we went straight to the pharmacy where the wheel chairs were supposed to be on display.  However, they had no chairs at all!  Staff members nearby, including the pharmacist could not help us because they were not aware or trained with knowledge about their inventory stats.  We ended up having to "crawl" to another Walmart.   Other than being disappointed, I have to at least mention that this is your average Walmart, offering a little bit of everything at mostly low prices.  And of course, these stores seem to have a knack of being conveniently located in just about every neighborhood.  When it comes to saving money, shopping here is a necessity because many of us have few choices when you are on a tight budget.  This place turned out to be a bit of a surprise from it's spacious parking lot to the clean, organized and well stocked interior, including the grocery section.  It's a busy place to shop, but that's to be expected at any Walmart..... read more

I have spent thousands of dollars and I cannot believe the refund policy and the way they treat customers regarding delayed items that are supposed to be delivered. you pay for the item then says delayed and you never get your item and you never get your money back. So I wanted to get an oil change at Walmart and walked up to their service desk which was currently abandoned. I saw five employees working on other cars and walking all around me but no one came to talk to me for a half hour. Not one person made eye contact with me. Eventually an employee came next to me and started plugging in information for somebody else and still never once looked at me and then walked away after 5 minutes. This is the worst non-service I've ever experienced. Walmart you should be ashamed of yourself for such terrible customer service. At least make eye contact and say I'll be with you in a few minutes. Service was very helpful from the kiosk to the friendliness at the front, everyone but especially Marlenie in the photo department was great. Can't even buy the freaking $4 shampoo for my son without having to wait several minutes for an attendant, and when they do come, I can't even keep the product with me because they send it straight to the register. Horrible all the employees are standing around talking with each other and little click groups as if they're in high school. I get that some of them are but we're talking full growing adults in their 30s to '50s doing this. Almost anything that you want or need is locked up behind safety glass. When you push the button you have to wait for them to finally finish their conversations and come to you or go seek them out yourself and ask them to help you. Merchandise is somewhat organized but it was really difficult finding tank tops. Considering this time of year it should be over half of the men's area as tank tops and shorts. When I did find the tank tops they only had them in small I went down one shelf and found one that said medium I was so excited I failed to even realize that it was a T-shirt pack. So they have their merchandise all mixed up so that you have to pay attention extra close. I know that's my bad but at the same time you would expect the next shelf down to be tank tops especially considering the fact that this is only spot that there was any type of tank tops. No I'm not going back to return them and buy more In fact I'm just going to go down to the Old Navy sale that they're having going on right now for men and get my shit from there because well why not. I refuse to return it because I refuse to deal with their customer service. As I mentioned before it's a bunch of grown ass people acting as children. Like the kind of behavior that you would expect when you walk into a bar where there's only like one or two people working and the rest are just standing around socializing. God forbid you need an item that they have decided to lock up behind their glass windows. They made sure to put a little box with a button for you to push to have somebody come unlock it for you. Only, that button isn't actually connected to anything. You can expect at the minimum a 30 minute wait. If you're lucky enough to see an employee and ask them to open it for you, chances are they will just pretend they didn't hear you and continue walking towards the break room. read more

I get groceries delivered for my mom from this store, and not once but TWICE they have messed up the order, idk if it has to do with Walmart themselves or the 3rd party delivering people, but they straight up gave my moms order to some random person and took a picture of them for the app. I had to completely reorder everything that wasn't even going to be delivered until the next day. Then today, I only order 4 items to my moms house, they only delivered 3. At this point might as well get it myself (which defeats the purpose, because I don't live close to my mom). I had the worst customer service experience in my life. My fiancee and I went to auto store part of WALMART to get new tires for his cars before we go on our trip to Vegas. We first sit in the office and wait over an hour. The cashier left her post for 45 minutes she was no where in sight . So when she returns she was so rude and unprofessional and yelling at my fiancee and telling him to ask the mechanic does he have time to change his tires. When we met the mechanic he was extremely upset and in a bad mood. He asked my fiancee. Don't come into the shop it's like walking inside of someone 's house. Takes about 15 minutes to get someone over to open it, then your treated like a criminal and aren't aloud to carry your own stuff in your basket. They take it to self checkout and you have to wait in a huge line that goes all the way around the store. The employees are rude and lazy. The food is out of code and rotten produce.
