I hope this review of my experience is helpful to others! They tell you to dress comfortably, I wore yoga pants and a workout top with long sleeves. They give you a fleece blanket for comfort while inside the cave but the temperature is kept between 68-72 degrees. Bring white socks - no shoes or bare feet allowed in the cave - and be prepared to leave your cell phone in your car as it's discouraged from being brought into the cave. While we were there the music wasn't working properly so it was rather loud. There is supposed to be a short introductory part of the music that didn't work. The experience was relaxing but I'm on the fence with the price. I have pretty severe environmental allergies so I wondered if I'd see any improvement. Not sure if my breathing is improved or if I'm just hoping to have noticed a difference and it's just placebo effect! It's worth a try with friends if you're considering going.

My stylist also came off a bit reserved initially, and I wasn't sure we were clicking, but after talking for a while things became a bit more comfortable. I didn't leave with the exact haircut I originally asked for, but honestly, I do really like how it turned out. My stylist had over 10 years of experience and it definitely showed in the quality of the cut and her technique of hand painted highlights. Overall, while the experience started a little awkwardly, but I left happy with my hair and may consider coming back in the future.
