Chantal was so understanding of our situation and gave us so much incredible advice and assistance even though everything was so rushed. Despite the crazy situation, you truly never would have known on the day because everything was perfect, and the flowers were both beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Even the smallest details were handled expertly, such as having a second groom's boutonniere ready for the ceremony as we had chosen a fragile flower that wouldn't hold up through all the pre-ceremony pictures. Went to the store and the store was closed…read more Note on the door saying that they will be working out of their home and to call a number for pickup. Mind you on my order I stated I need a morning pickup for first thing in the morning when the store open. The business did not state on the online order of the different pickup location nor did they contact me. I called the number went straight to voicemail. Left a few voicemails and they never called me back. Owner contacted me a week few days later and said she was out of town. I requested she issue a refund and she said she would. I appreciated it at the time. Since then, i have not received a refund. Contacted owner twice after that and she again said she will issue a refund. The delivery man had it there just as the Pastor and wife returned home from church, but before the baptism, and were THRILLED by the bouquet! My niece said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. Fresh flowers and delivery are not really a bargain, they are special occasion items, but she charged me at the lower end of the price range. I am very satisfied with the quality for the money. My husband sent me flowers in the same price range from a different florist. About half as many roses in that arrangement.
