I ended up sending my parcels from the FedEx store in Silverdale and will continue to use them for future shipments. It is difficult to support a small, local business when the employees are ignorant re the services they provide, but are rude to customers as well.

She was very helpful in her advice about shipping options starting with the Best Value (time and price) per Carrier. She then made sure the package was secure in the box and taped it up tightly. I took it back to them and they fixed it for free. However, when I got home I noticed that the start button and the camera weren't working. I think this is probably due to damage from being exposed to water when they didn't waterproof it. When I took it back to them, I left it with them thinking it would be free since they had caused the damage, but they charged me $75 to repair the camera and start button. Also, the new screen is noticeably poor quality. The whites are half as bright as my friend's iPhones, and the screen doesn't go full black - when it's off you can see the rectangle of the screen in a lighter black than the black of the phone. Also now I'm afraid of getting it wet.
