I had my iPhone 7 screen repaired here. The first one glitched out a week after I got it fixed (I think they didn't waterproof it, because it happened after I went for a jog and had it in a sweaty pocket). I took it back to them and they fixed it for free. However, when I got home I noticed that the start button and the camera weren't working. I think this is probably due to damage from being exposed to water when they didn't waterproof it. When I took it back to them, I left it with them thinking it would be free since they had caused the damage, but they charged me $75 to repair the camera and start button. Also, the new screen is noticeably poor quality. The whites are half as bright as my friend's iPhones, and the screen doesn't go full black - when it's off you can see the rectangle of the screen in a lighter black than the black of the phone. Upon getting the parts and speaking with some tech friends, I decided the risk of my messing it up was probably more than it was worth, and I contacted iPhone Doctor. He said he could do it for $100 and to bring it by. I got here after 5:00 pm and figured he would have it at least overnight, but to my surprise, he said to come back at 6:00 pm (closing time) and it would be ready. This is a fantastic place to get your iPhone screen fixed. My screen was replaced quickly and looked great. Everything worked well for about an hour but my phone started acting up. I took it back and the owner found my motherboard to be damaged (from when phone was dropped). At this point I have a phone that would be too costly to repair further. Instead of sending me on my way with a new screen in a junk phone the owner refunded my money and put the old screen back into my phone. Customer service is important to me. I have many choices when determining where to go so by refunding my money the owner earned a loyal customer in the future. His work quality is excellent, service is good and he's quick. Took my computer here since I had a problem with one of my hard drive. I left it for 2 hours or so then he called me and so I went back to pick it up, he showed me the problems and charged me only $40 as he previously quoted between $30 to $50. I'd say MUCH MUCH cheaper than some other places I've taken to in Port Orchard and other place with 5 star rated. Also mighty fast I must add as I didn't want to leave it overnight like other places... Overall, 5 stars for both price and lightning fast service. So, my husband and I recently got new Iphones, and since my husband works at the Naval Shipyard he had to remove his camera in order to take his phone to work. My husband asked around at his work where a good place was for camera removal, and pretty much everyone recommended Dr. PC. This guy is one of the only ones in the area that does this. And, he does a great job. He has a huge jar of removed cameras on his counter that shows how often he does this service. The job took less than an hour and cost $64. The plaster substance he put over the empty camera hole is seamless. So I have an IPhone 6 plus and sure enough bend gate happened. I took my precious iPhone to the apple store and they can't do anything for me. So anyways I'm driving home dejected and pass this place. Worth a shot right? So I tell the fella whats going on and he says it'll take an hour and a half. If its the casing it'll be $89 if its the screen and digitizer it'll be $179. So I come back at the specified time and now she works! I pay the man and he tells me theres a 30 day workmanship warranty. Sounds good. Not 2 days later and the screen starts not responding to my touch. I figure out that I just need to put a bit more pressure on the top right corner and its fine. So I go on with this trick for a few weeks. The next week its worse and I plan on coming in to the shop for that warranty, his fix didn't work. Only problem is my work schedule for this week is terrible and I'm getting out late as all get out. Finally I get off when this place is open. I bring in my phone and explain the situation. I show the fella my receipt showing the work done and proof of payment before and he begins to tell me that it 2 days past the warranty. I explain the thing started malfunctioning after a few days and he says thats normal. What?! Then he tells me that warranties don't apply to anything regarding screens. Why didn't he tell me that in he first place. This place seems to do great work but under the very thin sheen the disappointments are glaring. I took my iPad in for a new screen. Once I picked it up I noticed it had an area where the screen kept popping up. When I picked it up, the owner had it under books on a book shelf. He didn't say anything and I thought it was there to set the screen. My family left to go to San Diego shortly after. The screen situation did not improve. It had touch issues and the main button was acting up as well. I took it to a shop in San Diego, there I was told the screen was improperly installed and the old adhesive had not been removed before the new screen was put on. So I had to pay to replace the screen again, have the adhesive properly removed so I could use my iPad again. $130 for a piece of glass that they don't know how to replace. Rendering my iPad useless. Approached them during COVID-19, they had a speaker set up so I could hear them clearly, I presented my iPhone X with an unresponsive screen to which they said "If we can't fix it we won't charge you." I allowed them to switch the screen out and what do you know, it came out fixed. The process only took them an hour and they charged me half of what Apple said they'd charge. My iMac quit working. It would boot up and then freeze and die. I took it to iPhone Doctor PC on Wheaton Way, Bremerton. The man assured me he could fix it. He brute-force installed a copy of OS-X one version below what was previously installed. He charged me $96.74. The iMac would boot up and run for a while and then crash. He did a band-aid fix that did not actually repair the computer. I found "My Mac Hero" in Seattle. He had tons of 5-star reviews. He actually analyzed my Mac and determined it had a bad memory chip. Took my iPhone 6+ here for a screen replacement after it took several bad falls. My screen was not only completely shattered, so was the screen protector. Moisture had gotten under it from the cracks, and my screen was completely separating from my phone. These guys repaired my phone in 40 minutes for under $200 (including tax) and it looks brand new! I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my iPad here to have the screen replaced. They replaced it but it was obvious that something was not right. The new screen acted like someone was touching it and opening apps/typing even when no one was near it. When I took it back, they gave me a ration of crap. First they accused me of lying because it didn't happen in the store even though I brought several videos of the behavior on my iPhone. Then the excuses started. Very disappointed: Repair was unsuccessful and when I took my phone back the rep questioned my problem and was rude, would not even consider that the problem could be workmanship or faulty parts. I was initially pleased that there was a local iPhone repair shop but experience is an issue. My glass had a high spot, rep said I dropped it previously, he inserted a small shim when I came back a few days later, the touch screen had been erratic for a few days and I couldn't repeat the problem when I was there, I waited 30 minutes and he became irritated. I get that repairs like this are sometimes about workmanship and or parts quality, this technician considered none of that. 3 weeks later I went to the south Tacoma mall and with reluctance dropped 150 bucks and received a perfect repair, no issues at all and a pleasant experience. read more

Paid $110 to replace broken screen on iPhone. Put a case on it and in the process of snapping the case together the screen broke across the top. It wasn't functional after that. Took it back within a week and they would not replace the screen. It was obviously a cheap screen if it broke in the process of putting a case on. Very poor customer service. If I could give this place a Zero it would be too high. We took my iphone into them because the phone would not hold charge. We bought a new battery made no difference. Returned to shop exchanged battery & they 'fixed' charging port in phone. Next day dead again. Went back in they gave me credit on battery, tried a couple different used batteries with no success, advised me to go to Apple store. As I was leaving they asked for the battery back, they kept my original battery during first trip. I told them I needed a battery, working or not ~ I had one on my first trip. The old man & younger women working there quickly physically attacked me, grabbing at my arms to get the phone. In an attempt to avoid a fist fight, I did not struggle. Outstanding Service. Cracked iPhone 5s screen. No Appt necessary, and it only takes an hour. Walked in at 1230 on Saturday and came back at 130. Phone was ready. When the tech pulled off the sticky clear plastic, he noted a small scrape in the plastic that I could barely see when he showed it to me. He told me they would replace it in 20 minutes. That is all it took. He then pulled off the sticky clear plastic and it looked great. He went through a series of tests to make sure the screen, buttons and cameras all worked. They did and the phone is back to being perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone that asks. read more
