I waited...and never got a picture. I then called them back and talked to a nice gal and told them I rather the flowers not be delivered if they looked anything like the first picture. The nice lady said they would have redone a new arrangement if I wasn't happy, but I was never given that option on the first phone call I made, even though I told her the arrangement looked embarrassing. I was told that the arrangement was already out for delivery. Ugh! What my friend received looked pathetic. Not happy at all with this purchase. It's a lot of white flowers with brown tips. This is NOT a pretty arrangement at all. I'm sorry I spent $100 on this transaction. It's a bummer to spend half the day worrying, texting and calling. What a bland bouquet. I got a call an afternoon the day before the funeral and was told that they couldn't find a flower and had to sub out. I said okay because they made it seem like it was one flower they were subbing out, nope it was most of the entire arrangement that was subbed out. I started getting approval photos at 6:22pm Thursday evening, The evening before the funeral service. Mind you the store closes at 6pm. So I got the first arrangement phones and I told them I was unhappy with them, it wasn't what I ordered, not even close. They had emailed me later in the evening a few hrs later they emailed me again and I had told them that I still was unhappy. I didn't get another update until 6am the morning of the funeral, 3hrs before delivery. I had told them that I was still unhappy, it looked just thrown together like giant flower salad. They delivered it anyway without making anymore changes to it. I had email the next day saying how unhappy myself and the rest of my grieving family was with those arrangements. Our loved one deserves better than what was delivered. I was told that the manager was out until Monday. I called Monday and left a msg, I called Tuesday and was told the manager went home early and another manager would call me in the morning. I get a call this morning and the woman on the other line pretty much just tells me how beautiful the arrangement was and I told her we all disagreed it's not what we wanted. And she said that the arrangements were absolutely beautiful and what did I want her to do about it? I got what I wanted. Which then I told her I didn't get anything close to what I wanted and at minimum I want a partial refund. She then tells me there's nothing she can do, she'll have to get the owner involved and it'll be up to them. *****Update Williams flowers & gifts ended up sending a partial refund. I appreciate them trying to make it right.

Working with TJ was wonderful. We did most, actually ALL, of our communication via email as I lived out of state. She was so patient with me as I tried to navigate through Pinterest boards and google photos to try to find what I liked and didn't like and made sure that she understood my vision. She provided lots of good advice when I was unsure and was so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process. On the day of I was blown away by the way her floral arrangements transformed everything into a perfect combo of tropical and pacific northwest (I know, not your typical theme). I absolutely LOVED my bridesmaids and bridal bouquets and the greenery on the tables at our reception just elevated the already beautiful venue to another level. She even came back to the venue at the end of the night to clean up and help us gather the arrangements we wanted to keep. When I called about it they offered to send something later still!!! They clearly cannot be counted on to deliver when they say they will - complete scatterbrain who is totally unreliable. My dad passed away last week. I had to notify all of my family members, near and far. The first…read morebouquet of flowers we received was from my Dad's cousin's daughter from Dallas, Texas. Apparently she called Pipper's and told them it was important that the bouquet should LAST. She was very specific about that. It didn't. When it arrived, it was beautiful (honestly, way to go, Pipper's, it really was gorgeous!). Nice mix of flowers, lovely container, floral foam so required watering every day, which I did, diligently. Despite my best efforts and considerable knowledge about how to keep cut flowers fresh, it did NOT last. I literally have a bouquet of flowers that I put together 3 weeks ago and, with some "pruning", is still beautiful. Every flower in the bouquet we received from Pipper's was exhausted by day 3. Normally I wouldn't post a negative review about anyone, ever. But, it was a really big deal to my distant relative. And she had specifically asked for a bouquet that would "last". I didn't tell her about it and I won't tell her about it but, Pipper's, come on! Did you think you could take the easy/cheap route because the purchaser was out of state? Simply not okay.
