Just found this restaurant, the pizza is the best I have had in a long time. Thin, crispy and great flavor!

I ordered a "Too Good to Go" package (there's an app that tells you more about this!) I waited for my order and the hostess seemed very kind and pleasant. The restaurant was near closing and there was someone there ordering pizza to take home. I didn't love the pizza I had or the garlic knots, but I may give this place another try with a regular menu order. The restaurant was clean and it gave a fun "Late night Italian cobblestone" vibe. Plenty of room for wheelchairs. Be sure to bring your interpreter with you. read more

Of 11 pizza places I've tried in Montclair, this place ties for the best. But watch out, they have strange pizza place hours, being open mainly for lunch. They also have good hoagies and sides. What a great spot! The pizza is sooo good! Especially the grandma slice. I have been there several times in last few weeks. I have yet to try a slice I did not like. The crust is crispy like I like it. The slices are not greasy. They even have cute tables outside. Been here numerous times, and what I can say is that food is consistently good here. I have had my favorite Philly Cheese Steak, and I must say that its almost a good as the ones in Philadelphia, except I don't need to trek for hours on end and fight traffic. Friendly service, great appetizers, specially the coconut shrimp and fries, and its much easier to find parking up here then the lower Montclair. BYOB is always a plus. read more

We could have done a lil better. I ordered a grandma online. That's a basic rectangular pie- thinner crust, plum tomato sauce, fresh mutz and basil. for about $20. There's a box at the bottom of the web page to add comments/requests so I asked for extra cheese, figuring hey, why not. Extra mutz never hurt nobody. When I picked up I saw one person there, behind the counter. On the counter were a 2 piles of pre-made crusts in saran wrap that maybe were just delivered: round and rectangular. Hmm. Now i know they don't make the dough in-house. There was no one in there, but this guy and he gave me my pizza. He was friendly and gave me a "newer" reprinted menu on a sheet of paper which I scanned over and everything looked exactly as is available online ordering. Well i just picked up a new $130 Zwillings pro 6 inch chef knife from Williams Sonoma also in Montclair and I was in a rush to get home and try that baby out so I made a huge mistake and didn't check the pizza out. ALWAYS CHECK OUT YOUR PIZZA. I got home and realized no basil on this grandma. Epic fail. That's like missing ingredient number 5 on a 5 ingredient pizza. WTF dude. No time for that. Also, no extra mutz. Next time I will call to order the pie and explain to them what happened and if they don't get it right this time, I'm gonna send Gino over to talk to them. I get it if you're super busy you miss a detail here or there, but nobody was in there, it was dead. So no, you don't get a pass. Also my fault for not checking my order. Since I have been being harassed by people (a yelper as of Aug 2017) I'm changing my review to a 1 star. I was contacted by the owner management to come back for a free meal or something I'm Not interested in returning. It was given a 2 star because 1. 3 adults wouldn't touch the caprese. I did bring this up in the restaurant. I still was charged. Everyone in restaurant management even servers know it's wrong. It was untouched. The other table told the same server that the cheese looked odd. I heard and saw. No one was there but 1 table. One came in as we were leaving. 2. We ordered a chicken fingers appetizer in Leif of a kids menu, and ordered a side of chicken cutlets. We got to baskets of fingers. I took photos. He said it's the same thing. A cutlet and a finger basket is not the same. This place is shady. I have already reported the false Yelper, and screenshot it. If harassment continues, I will file a complaint with the Montclair Police. This is 2 violations against the Yelp policies. Having your friends and relatives do Yelp reviews are nefarious. Unless your service is amazing and food lives up to the expectations, then you can achieve a 5 star, but this place is brand new from what I'm told. I predict this restaurant won't last 2 years. Next time listen to your patrons. You get a star for having a great Coca Cola machine. read more

Pleasant open-spaced luncheonette with great food and affordable pricing. Personally I like to sit at the booth and watch sports, but the environment is conducive for a family atmosphere as well. Definitely a hidden gem! read more

This is a new restaurant right next door to Belgiovine's deli (same owners). They serve American food like burgers, cheesesteaks, hot sandwiches, etc. And for deserts they have ice cream, milkshakes, etc from Holsten's. We tried the Mac and cheese, egg roll, Italian hotdog, create your own burger, and sausage and pepper sandwich. Everyone loved their dish. Incredible food and very friendly staff too. There's also outdoor seating with umbrellas which is very nice in the spring and summer time. It just opened and already seems to be a hit. Recommended! read more

Had to try this place out considering Belgiovine's next door is my favorite deli in Montclair and it's run by the same people. Service was friendly and quick and the food was spot on. Got a burger, the meat was super fresh (the grind it in house). I added mushrooms which were cooked perfectly and super flavorful. My boyfriend got the Italian hot dog what was stacked with 2 hot dogs and lots of potatoes, peppers and onions. He asked if he could add a long hot and they did it no problem. The cherry on top (pun intended) is the fact that they have Holsten's ice cream!! Got a coffee milkshake which was heavenly. Will definitely be returning soon. On top of wonderful food and service they did a seriously beautiful job with the interior. New and clean with tasteful decoration. read more

Broughton Grill is excellent! I had the chance to try the ribeye cheesesteak, lobster mac and cheese, Italian hot dog, and brownie sundae. Everything was fresh, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. It is a great causal place (BYOB!) to hang out. The owner, Pete, is extremely accommodating and welcoming. This family owned restaurant is a must-visit. Large windows and brand new decor contribute to the open, family-style atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again! read more

This place NAILED the Jersey Cheese Steaks Sandwiches! There was "REAL" Steak in my sandwich, not that chopped up paper looking stuff. They make their own Fresh Mozzarella which there is a true talent and art in making it!! Bergers are Awesome. Also had Fries w/ Chilly and Cheese..(Delish) They also have a deli next door... and they have pre-breaded chicken cutlets and side dishes, for quick diners!! The place was very clean. The food was good. The Customer serve rice was okay. Very limited eye contact, they didn't ask how my food was but made sure they asked the couple right next to me how everything was. When I asked for a to go container instead of saying sure one minute, he stated that he was busy and give him a second . I just sat there and waited . He seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered. Loved this place! It was the perfect ending to an already perfect day. Didn't know that it was connected to one of the best deli spots that I've been to in my adult life. My wife and I felt like a Saturday night burger. I know they ground their own beef and they're big 8 oz burgers. I had the Broughton Burger and my wife just got a cheeseburger. Perfectly spiced and cooked, exceeded all expectations. Plus, a Nicolos bun. Excellent for a non-chat grilled burger. Fries were also excellent. Almost didn't need ketchup. First time here. I had The Claremont burger. It was really good. Wife had the Reuben. She also loved it. Both were good sized portions. Price was reasonable. Dessert was amazing. We shared a chocolate milkshake and I had a cannoli. This cannoli was perfect. It was fresh and not too sweet. They must make it there. If you like cannolis, you have to get one. read more
