Our dog is a big boxer and trying to wash him at home is super difficult. He either jumps out of the bath or runs away from the hose in the backyard, either way it is a total pain in the you-know-where. The Happy Pet Company has a bath with nice high sides and plenty of washing settings in the hose. It is operated with coins so make sure to bring plenty of gold. It generally costs us around $8 to give him a thorough scrubbing and about $5 for a lazy wash. The shop itself also sells dog treats, dog food, toys and bedding. They offer dog washing and grooming as well but this is a little expensive for my budget. Be careful if you come here with a big dog as there are often dogs all over the place. Our dog loves 'socialising' with other dogs but sadly others don't like being pinned to the floor with a big paw. For this reason I always go early in the morning to avoid the crowds.

The dogs aren't caged up when they are waiting to be groomed, they have an open play area where they can socialize, my puppy just loves it and she is so much more sociable with other dogs since going there. That is not all, the quality of the service is a bargain for what you pay. Cally and her colleges do a wonderful job at grooming my puppy and Cally (who used to be a vet nurse) also picked up that my puppy had an ear infection, which I was unable to identify myself, which in the long run has saved me a ton in vet bills as I was able to treat her immediately.
