Love the 80 minute complete massage - you will feel like a new person. Best part is I can get my facial, injectables, and skincare on the same day! Dr. Susan does such a beautiful job - as this was my first experience with injectables - I wanted minimal effects - just the appearance of a good night's sleep. And man....did she deliver! I feel great and can still move my forehead - just with a little less... judgement. I am so excited they have added dysport (botox) and Restylane (hyaluronic acid filler)! I am so happy with my results - I will never go anywhere else! Whether you are a local, snow bird, or visitor - this is a MUST do! Check out my before and afters - middle shows one side filled without the other (as I was a chicken the first time I went in - picture with hair pulled back shows 3 mo post filler - 2 weeks post dysport).

I loved how even though she knew that I'm an MT of 20years as well, she was taking care of what I needed with homework info & reminding me to take care of myself. Ex: heat, stretches to do. She's wonderful all around. I'll be back for sure! Peace, Mindy

Do not stay here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had…read more When we first walked into our room, there was a roach. The room also had water damage and no working air conditioning. The floor felt extremely spongy and was covered in water. Maintenance came to vacuum up the water and left a large industrial fan in the room with a cord stretched across the floor, creating a trip hazard and making it difficult to move around. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. When I returned a few hours later, the floor was still covered in water because the AC unit continued leaking. At no point was I told that changing rooms was an option. After speaking with three different employees, I was finally approved to move. We then had to pack everything and move all of our belongings across the hotel, which was a huge inconvenience. The second room was located right next to the bar, where loud music played every night, making it difficult to relax. The water leak also damaged my leather shoes, which cost $300. I had only worn them once. The hotel initially offered a $150 room credit, which did not come close to covering the damage. The operations manager asked me very invasive questions like how long had I had them and what brand they were. The Operations Manager later told me he would also waive charges of $131 and $111. However, when I checked out, I was informed that only the $150 credit had been applied. I was told the Operations Manager had left a note instructing staff not to waive anything further. To make matters worse, after I posted a one-star review, I received a call from the hotel. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, I was told I had never been promised the additional credits, that I was being rude, and that Florida's humidity attracts bugs and causes AC leaks. I found this response incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Between the roach, the leaking AC, the room change, the damaged personal property, and the inconsistent communication from management, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Rather than taking responsibility, the managers minimized my concerns and made me feel like I was the problem. I would not recommend staying here.

I was checked in courteously and took advantage of my early arrival (recommend) to check out the amenities. The spa smells great and the setting feels very approachable and welcoming. My massage therapist was Audrey. She was wonderful. She spent a few minutes at the start of the treatment to find out if I had any special areas of concern and then invited me to choose my aromatherapy oil. I chose the one with sweet orange. Audrey made the aches in my knees go away!!! Thank you, Audrey! Afterwards, I spent some time in the jacuzzi and then the steam room. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after the whole experience. I love the relaxation room at the Seagate: it has a very calming vibe. I was offered either a peppermint tea or some prosecco when I arrived. I chose the tea. In the past, I have chosen the prosecco. However, ever since The Seagate stopped serving the prosecco in a real champagne glass, I have switched to the tea. Prosecco does NOT taste as good served in a plastic cup! When asked about this change, I was told that their champagne glasses kept disappearing.... . Really people?? The Seagate is one of my favorite spas! Pamper yourself: spend an afternoon at the Seagate Spa soon!

She delivered a deep tissue massage that I know will continue to deliver for days. The spa itself is nice, but not outstanding. I was more so impressed by the quality of the services. I attended with my mother and she had the same amazing massage experience as I did. If I lived in Florida, I would be a regular here!

I had the best massage and facial at The Haven Luxe Spa!…read more I've been coming here since it was Foot Haven, starting around 2021 or 2022. The rebrand to The Haven Luxe Spa really reflects how much more they now offer beyond foot massage. Every service I've received here has been excellent. I'm very particular when it comes to massage. I've actually ended sessions early if the therapist wasn't good, so I don't say "excellent" lightly. My usual massage therapist is Josh. His pressure is always perfect, his flow is smooth and consistent, and his hands are strong enough to deliver truly therapeutic work without relying on elbows. Recently I booked with Paul for the first time, and he was outstanding. He followed my requests exactly, working one side at a time, giving a slow head massage (not like a rushed hair wash), and focusing on my right shoulder. He was respectful, listened carefully, and delivered perfect pressure throughout the session. I also had a facial with Chrystal, which was incredibly relaxing. Since she's also a massage therapist, her facial includes a soothing massage element that makes the whole experience even better. The space itself still feels familiar from when it was Foot Haven, but with a few nice updates like new lighting fixtures. I highly recommend booking the sauna after your massage. It's absolutely worth the extra cost for the added relaxation, and you can shower quickly afterward if needed. I truly love this boutique spa and hope others will discover it too. If you're looking for an amazing massage, book with Josh or Paul. If you want a fantastic facial, book with Chrystal. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
