Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.

They need to inform patients of addition fees over the copay. Every other dermatologist office I've been to has always told me ahead of time about an additional cost and I had the option to continue or not.
