First of all, if a customer isn't happy, I believe a good hair artist should do everything in their power to remedy the situation. Second, an honest response when I called her would've been appreciated to save me the time going all the way down there for nothing. I appreciate honesty and hard work. Dawn doesn't really seem too interested in providing either of those things in my opinion.

I will have to go find another dentist which won't be an issue but dont' ask people to come in earlier and after they make it clear they need to be done at a certain time which you understood you don't let them sit around. they followed up to my other review and claimed someone had an emergency, but that was not the case because I was there to see the hygienist not the dentist and that's in two separate rooms. There were two people when I came in and checked in no one told me about anything so it doesn't add up unfortunately, my opinion it's become very money orientated dentistry where Money comes before patients, which is what most of the corporate dentistry places like Aspen are about. it's sad because I thought I had found a good old-fashioned dentist who cared about patients.
