Can't be the location overlooking the seabridge Marina area, but over on the Tradewinds side. Parking is a little bit of a struggle. If you want to get close to the salon, you park on the side street and that is limited but if you don't mind walking a bit, there's plenty of parking in the lot over on the Tradewind side. Today was the first time I've ever been charged extra for a "curl/flat iron," even though my hair wasn't curled or flat ironed at all. The haircut itself was nice, but the blow-dry was honestly really bad--it looked like I tried to do it myself and failed. I didn't say anything in the salon, but when I got home, my friends pointed out how bad it looked, which made me realize I wasn't overreacting. Overall, I do like this salon, especially for walk-ins. If I had to rank the stylists I've been to: Madeline is definitely #1--she did an amazing job with both the cut and styling, and there were no random extra charges. Abel also did a great job with my highlights. Katie and Heather would be tied. They're both very nice, but Katie cut my hair noticeably uneven--I even had coworkers telling me not to go back to her, which is why I stopped coming to the salon for a while. Johanna saved me! I called frantic on a Friday morning because I was supposed to get lashes done…read morethat morning by someone else, and they had cancelled the night before. My wedding was on Sunday and as soon as Johanna heard this, she started working on finding someone to schedule me with. After a couple of calls, she was able to see me herself and did a beautiful job with my lashes! I got so many compliments! I had never gone to her studio before, and I am so appreciative that she went out of her way to help a stranger.
