Guests helping themselves to the roast pork, white rice and maduros

We catered my husband's birthday party from Belkis Cuban Deli. Her food is amazing. We ordered the Cuban roast pork, black beans, white rice and plantains. Everything was delicious! Our guests were raving about the flavors of her cooking!! Being Cuban myself, I can attest to the authenticity and quality of her food! Would definitely recommend Belkis for your next event!!

This little place is in a gas station. It is owner operated and she is just so nice! Got a Cuban sandwich, top notch ! Generous portions

I've been craving a proper Cuban sandwich for a minute now. Since, I'm visiting my folks in town. I knew I had to search for all the good places to eat in Venice while I'm in town. Belki had good ratings on Yelp and it satisfied my desire for a Cuban sandwich. It's not everyday that you eat a great sandwich inside a gas station. Don't sleep on Belki's. They have some really great and authentic Cuban sandwiches and food. The owner was a very friendly guy with a big personality. It's always fun interacting with these kind of bosses. He just loves what he does and that's great to see these days. I ordered 3 Cuban sandwiches for myself and the family and the sandwiches are massive. I'm a pretty big guy and I only ate half the sandwich. We saved the leftovers for boating the next day and they were tasted just as good eating them the next day. While we were waiting for our Cuban sandwiches. The owner gave us some samples of his hot food like the chicken and beef and the flavor was bomb. It was out of this world delicious. I would definitely eat them on a regular basis if I lived in Venice. Like I said previously, you might find Belki's inside a gas station convenience store, but it's worth eating here. This is one of the places that Guy Fieri should visit for his Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. This is truly a hole in wall type place with great tasting food.

I just ate the best sandwich I've ever ever had! 9 ounces of meat on a 9 inch chunk of Cuban bread, nice and crispy on the outside, the cheese was melted, the meat was hot, and.....I just can't believe how incredibly good this Cuban sandwich was. I also had one of their little potato torpedo looking things, papas rellenas, I believe. Crunchy on the outside, inside is mashed potato that is wrapped around some spicy beef filling. It was a very cool snack, for sure! I'll probably never get back this way, as I am from the midwest, but if I do, for darn sure I'll be stopping back in here. I did read the reviews that said it was in a convenience store/gas station, but in my head I thought it meant that it was in the building of former convenience store/gas station, but it really IS inside a gas station store. You walk in the door and the food area is to the right. Ring the bell if the wonderful owner is not in view. It's a simple menu, very fast service, and just spaced on two things I had, I imagine everything else is incredibly good. There is a seating little area outside in the back, but otherwise it's take it with you. Absolutely worth the detour off the highway.!!

Amazing food! The lady working here was so polite and nice, excellent service! We got a Cuban sandwich and a combo plate and had more than enough food for 2 people.

This place is amazing! Fantastic food and super friendly people!! I can't say enough great things about this place. Although it is located inside a gas station this place often sells out! The food is delicious and comforting We will be back and often! Belki is the best!

Awesome hidden gem hole in the wall. You can go a few blocks and pay five times the amount for ambiance but if you want legit authentic food made with care then this is your place. Know that it is tucked in the back corner of an old gas station but that's all good. The husband and wife that run this place are incredibly nice and they really care about their food. She was so friendly and gave me samples of everything available. Everything was incredible but I had to choose one so I went with the Cuban Sandwich with extra pickles. The cuban sandwich was delicious. Huge! It was filled with tons of moist shredded pork, some ham, mustard, swiss, and pickles. The bread was pressed nicely. This is among the best Cubans I've had. Give this place a try. Grab it to-go and enjoy some of the best Cuban food you'll find around here.

The owners of this establishment are lovely, hard working people who make excellent Cuban food. It's as simple as that. It's a small, unassuming spot inside the gas station convenience store. From the phenomenal Cuban Sandwiches, Tamales, to their daily Cuban dishes, you will not go wrong here. And you'll keep coming back for More!

And the portions are HUGE. We had a reservation which was well used as it was pretty packed. We sat inside. It was pretty warm inside, though, from the heat so just be prepared for that. We got a pitcher of sangria and they make it right beside the table. It was SO good. Wow. Each person got about 1/4 a loaf of warm bread. They did say it was cuban bread but it wasn't really. But hey the bread was good. We got their famous salad to try (one side order for 2 people to split and one person got it as their entree) and it was very good. They also make that table side. For our meals, we got the lechón, salad, and fish. The portions were HUGE. So much pork. It came with great tasing yucca, beans, and plantains too. For desert, we got the guava pastry and the natilla. The guava pastry was actually kind of amazing. Warm and so so good. The natilla was good but it was closer to a crème brûlée. It was still good, though. I'm excited to go to another (closer) location of theirs again. It was really such good food. We were also able to take our leftovers with us since they gave us so much food. The lechón plate is definitely splittable.
