The Plumber asked about the anti tip bracket and I told him there wasn't one. Called back and the manager answered again and instead of recognizing the need for the safety device, he was dismissive, and codesigning. The manager brought the anti tip bracket and was rude about it. I buy local when I can but will never buy from them again.

The fella came out, disassembled the refrigerator and said he thought it needed a new fan motor and would order one and come back to replace it. So we waited (crickets) and called back and he said the fan motor would come in by Monday (this was Wednesday) (again crickets). Called again....again...and again..... Soooo we called Circle N Appliance and they were here that day, looked at the refrigerator, plugged it in, didn't see anything wrong with it. He said he thought that maybe the motor froze because food was covering the fan (admittedly it was, duh on our par). So he put the refrigerator back together and didn't charge us a penny. Guess where we're buying our next appliance...

They didn't have it set up on the camera stage but said they had one similar to test out before purchase. I went to pick it up and test it out the employee advised not to because the alarm would sound (it was very sensitive) I asked if he could help us find one we could handle so I could test it out. He advised "all of the batteries are dead" I asked him to change them out. He advised the alarm would sound and they didn't have the key to release it and change it out/charge it. Why have cameras up for display and to be tested and not keep up with charging the batteries or changing them out? I asked if I didn't like it after buying it could would they take a return,he advised yes for 14 days. They tried to up sell me on the warranty and didn't even know what it covered,didn't even know what the manufactures warranty covered. Against every cell in my body screaming "walk away and don't buy it" I bought it, only to return it the very next morning. Upon returning it they kept almost a 100.00 of my money for a restocking fee... had I been able to test it out at the store before buying I wouldn't be out 100.00 because I wouldn't have bought it! They have gone downhill and are below subpar for customer service and the condition of their store/what's available to test out before purchase. The next day the delivery person called to schedule delivery and installation. He (Mark?) was very professional and picked up our old washer/dryer and did a great job with installation. I'm glad I purchased from a local company. Based on my experience I recommend Super Appliance.

Six weeks later after many calls on my part they show up. After several hours they can't fix it and tell me they were sent a defective board. They also said I needed another new part.
