So I have been coming here for years, quite literally. I have purchased a custom made TTRS in yellow in 2019, a Q7 and an RS5. Everytime I have came I have dealt with someone different, however the first time I came in I dealt with Ryan (who is now the General Manager). No issues at all. Recently I purchase an RS5 which for whatever reason had a tire losing pounds of pressure a day. Come to find out there was a screw in it, instead of pluggin it they actually put a new tire on. This is going above and beyond and required no arguments or anything. If you have any issues at all, dont be afraid to approach Ryan and let him know how his employees are. Rude and disrespectful with disgusting habits! AJ was the salesperson I dealt with. He didn't seem to know much about the product he was selling. When I asked how safe the Q5 was his answer was "very"... I was hoping for some details. When he took my license to make a copy, he proceeded to scratch his nose with it DISGUSTING!! The first time I asked him to look at the Q5 he pointed me to a locked vehicle. The second time I asked he ignored me. The third time I asked to see the Q5 he dismissed me because I was not interested in a used car at the price they were selling it at. When asked about how much to lease a Q5 he through tout numbers as if it was a one price fits all scenario. I would stay away just for him scratching his nose with my drivers license. I recently bought an A3 from this dealer which is over 20 miles from my home which was a concern. I was told that they have concierge service for up to 65 miles. At the time of purchase I asked if they would come to my house to put on the license plates when they arrived and was told they would. When the plates arrived I was then told that the concierge service would not drive the distance needed to my home for license plates. I've bought 4 Audi's over the years and this was the worst car buying experience of my life. Literally the week I drove off the lot things starting going wrong. For example, it's been two months since I bought the car and I'm still driving with temporary plates and have no registration. That's just one example. The first email I sent to the salesman Ade Adegbemle, he returned TWO weeks later. Every time I called they said he was with another client. I then contacted the sales manager Eric Feldman. I contacted him several times and every time he replied " I'll look into it and get back to you" he never did resolve any of the issues I am having with the car. The situation is so bad that the Attorney general of New Jersey and my own attorney is now involved. I didn't know that Bell Audi has a D- rating with the BBB, I wish I knew before I went there. Please check out the BBB website and take a look at the numerous complaints. If your looking for a stressful buying experience then Bell Audi is your dealership. Exercise caution with this dealership, I experienced bait and switch pricing and trade-in offer well below peer Audi dealerships. This may very well depend on the sales associate(s) you work with, but I had reached out and connected with a Bell Audi associate and confirmed the published pricing prior to coming in for a test drive. Following the test-drive, I was surprised with a price $3000 higher, being told that price that was published and confirmed personally earlier over the phone was an "error." Further, they offered my trade-in vehicle a value of $16K, which was $4500 less than the offer from another Audi dealership in the area that I had gotten prior day. When I questioned if $16K was right, they then countered saying this was also an error and that the offer should have actually been $18200. I share this in hopes that other consumers are aware and do their due diligence working with this team and to compare with other Audi dealerships in the area when shopping for a vehicle. NON AUDI BRAND USED CARS NOT CHECKED. Called about a 2013 VOLVO XC90 which seemed fairly priced amongst comparable cars appearing on the usual sites. I asked whether the car could be taken to a local mechanic to get it checked out which they agreed on. AJ was amenable and took time to do so. The problem I have is that the mechanic quoted about $2,000 worth of maintenance (replacement of struts, control arms, oil trap) that would need to be done over the next 12 months on the car. My gripe with this is that had I not checked this, I would have had to face a 2K bill very soon after I purchased the car - as will the next poor person who might not think of getting it inspected. The defense was that the cars are taken 'as is' which as a consumer is very risky but shouldn't taking the time and effort to highlight mechanical issues affect the price ? But they wouldn't budge on price either given what was uncovered. That's their prerogative but I would argue that a better, more principled dealer would have acted differently or at least have some bar of quality on which their cars pass, and if not - should act accordingly. read more

On Friday, June 16th I contacted Bell Audi about a specific vehicle listed on their website. My client was ready to buy immediately and just need to verify the details about the unit. I was connected to Carlos Amaya and first ask to verify if the unit was still available. He located the unit and we began to review the details. However, there was some discrepancy over what edition the car was. Thus questioning the asking price verse the kbb or Edmonds value. So wondering if I would have to negotiate the price. Carols immediately informed the price is what it is... Having no problem with it I asked him to email the paperwork and buyers agreement. He texted his number and I express that we could wrap up the purchase asap. No response to my message. Sat 17th before setting out on almost 3 hours drive I texted Carols again trying to get the " Buyers Agreement". No Response... I call the dealership 5x times over an hour just trying to find out if the unit was still available and finally got Yes. I informed them that I was on my way and had been working with Carols and stated the distance I was coming. Several hours later we arrived at the dealership to find the unit upfront ready to review... Ready to get the deal done, we sought out Carlos, however, he was working with another client. Clearance Evan was at the front desk and selected another salesperson. Brianne Manson came with a great smile, super friendly and ready to work. I express that this was a quick and simply sale, we only needed to test drive the unit & pay for it. Thus you can imagine how shocked and upset I was to find out the unit was just SOLD!!!!! I showed my phone to Clearance and messages to Carols, displaying the calls from earlier that day to the dealership. I had been apologized to and given Ryan S. the Business director card... I thank them for the business card but requested to speak with Ryan. I greeted Ryan with a smile and handshake, as he directed me into open office. I replayed the last day events and showing him my phone displaying the call log and text messages to Carols. I asked if he would get a replacement unit to the one I had come to purchase. To my surprise, he told me no they wouldn't provide that for me... I reviewed my entire ordeal of trying to make this purchase and disappointment how everything been handled. In addition to wasting my time & money traveling such a distance without any purchase. He then located a unit similar in Brooklyn NY which was another 1.5 hr away from a different dealership and that they would be able to take care of us... Well never got that call and still no car... I don't write reviews and I don't like doing this. I waited 3 months before I wrote this review hoping that Bell Audi would reach out to me and make it right. However, that didn't happen, so I needed to write this review to worn other customers who would consider buying a vehicle from Bell Audi. Let me start by saying this place shouldn't be in business. Complete fraudulent dealership. This is what I experienced. I purchased a vehicle there from Kevin he was my salesman. First of all, this dealership charges a $799.00 dealer fee on top of the price of the vehicle that they don't tell you about until the deal is in place. This fee is not mandated by the state it's an additional fee this dealership charges. I live out of state so they issued me a 30-day temp plate the salesman Kevin assured me that Bell Audi will have my new vehicle registered before the 30 days expire. Unfortunately, this is my horror story on the 20th day I called spoke to the receptionist. She told me to relax, and they have 10 more days to get the vehicle registered. I then called Kevin left him a message. I got no response, I e-mailed him as well I also text him on his cell phone which was on the business card he gave me. Again, no response. I waited a couple of days now my vehicle temp tag was due to expire in 4 days. After contacting the two sales managers Albert & Joseph and again contacting Kevin and getting no response from either one of them, on the 28 days of my temp tag expiring, I get a call from Kevin to tell me there was an error and they can't get my registration to me in time. Why would they wait to the last minute to tell me that. I told them I can't drive the vehicle with an expired temp tag, I will get pulled over and I need to drive the car to work. This is what the Kevin Audi salesman told me, don't worry just drive the vehicle, the police will not pull you over and if they do will pay the summons. It's not about paying the summons this is a moving violation I would get points on my license. To make a long story short I had to take the day off from work drive 120 miles round trip pay additional tolls and go back to Bell Audi to pick up the title from them so I can register the vehicle on my own, which I did that same day. They had 30 days and couldn't do it. However, they charged me to have to vehicle registered and now wont refund me the title & registration fee they charged me. I called left messages to the sales managers along with the salesman and they just don't return my calls. By law they are required to refund the registration fee since they didn't have that done for me. Apparently, they don't think so. I reached out to consumer affairs and filed a complaint about this dealership I also called Audi headquarters and waiting for a response from them. This dealership has a lot of bad reviews I wish I would have googled them before I purchased my vehicle from them. There are many other reputable Audi dealership other than Bell Audi. I went to Bell Audi today to look at a used Nissan for my husband, an active duty military member who was unable to go with me because he is currently working overtime hours to help with the Afghanistan evacuation. When I arrived, I explained the situation and presented the salesperson (Jason) with my notarized general power of attorney paperwork, he in turn showed it to his manager and assured me this was fine. After test driving the car and checking it out, I told him my husband wanted it and we agreed on a price (which included high dealer fees, but we were expecting this given the current market). Jason took all my husband's information and all was going swimmingly until I told him that my husband was preapproved for a loan (with a rate they couldn't beat). Jason walked off without a word--he came out 15min later with a sales manager and the two of them told me, "We're sorry, but the general manager says we can't sell to a power of attorney." Why? No explanation--they just won't... Instead, they tried pushing me to apply for a loan with them, but I'm a full time grad student without an income. I asked them several times why they wouldn't honor a perfectly legal POA document, they still offered no explanation. In the end, I walked out. While I'm annoyed that I wasted the better part of a day on their games, I'm mostly aghast at this disgraceful treatment of a military member. Shame on Bell Audi, take your business to a dealer with some sense of honor and integrity. read more

False.. take it to a different Audi service center and they say it needs both brakes and rotors.bell Audi didn't attempt to rectify at all..first week of a almost $40k vehicle And I'm buying brakes and rotors... horrible experience .. horrible business practices.. Disaster!! Have the car checked by an independent mechanic. Unless you are on a corporate lease Do Not Trust and Do Not Buy here. See details below: our certified pre-owned car had Problems we immediately identified and the dealership will not return our money. We suffered through inconsistent sales service to try to buy our son a used Audi. We had to follow up on every step of the purchase. They were supposed to add a roof rack and make sure recalls were done. I was told to come in with a bank's cashier check. They asked me to come a day early and when I came at the scheduled time the next day neither the paperwork nor the car was ready. Supposedly the car had a 50-point check. Each time we had been there the window was down and we put it up. By the time we finished the purchase it was 615pm. When we got home my son put the window down and it made an extremely loud squealing or friction sound. But this was not all: there was clicking on some of the turns and an undercarriage noise we couldn't identify. I sent an email immediately to the sales manager who oversaw the sale. I also provided her with video of the window. I asked her not to cash the check. This would all be received before 9am. My husband said get the check back it's less than 14 hours from dropping it off. Then if they correct the issues you can still buy it but you won't be stuck with more problems if they don't. So we drove the car back there by 930am the next day. Guess what? They refused to give back the check. They said some office staff arrive at 8am and the check was stamped! I replied that the banks don't open until 9am. Albert said wait until it clears by next Wednesday and you will get your check. Five days for a Bank cashier check to clear?! Today is Thursday. Yesterday they told me the check was written but the owner came and went without signing it. So they have the car back and have de facto stolen $36k from our family. It's really shocking. There was no debate that the car did not have the window problem or the other problems. They just refuse to give back the money, I wish I could say there was more to this story. Update: I was able to get the money back today a week later. The whole point of a bank cheque is that it is like cash. They could have given it back to us or given us the money Monday. They could also have called me Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to discuss options for the car or update the cash return. Every call was from my end trying to confirm or follow up. If they treat buyers like this when they are trying to sell, what will it be like to own the car and get help or answers? Basically they said wait until the check clears to try to rip us off further. High Class Audi? Doubtful. More like High Class Robbery. You will be treated with better honesty at VIP Honda, in my experience. read more

All I can say is read the reviews, and you'll understand why you should avoid this place at all costs. I drove an hour to come here, they had me wait 4 hours inside (during COVID) and then finally told me they didn't have the paperwork for the vehicle and had me come back a few days later. They didn't even care. Theses people are the definition of slimy salespeople, and truly only care about selling. 3 months after we bought the car, a tire needed to be replaced. We called everyday for 2 weeks. We tried leaving voicemails for the 10 people we got transferred to (including finance), but their VMs were conveniently full. Everyone told em they would have the GM (Ryan) return my call, yet he never did. Then a manager (Garret) told me he had 18 people in the showroom and didn't have time for me and hung up on me - literally hung up one me. Even the front desk manager said she was frustrated about how disrespectful everyone was. I am an attorney and if I ever treated my clients this way, I wouldn't have any. Go to Audi in Princeton, the meadowlands, or literally anywhere else. When you are buying an Audi, you expect a certain level of service. I worked with internal sales associate, Paul, and he very willingly helped me with any questions or concerns I had in a timely, diligent manner. I never once felt rushed, mistreated, or that my answers weren't being answered. He found exactly what I asked for and even got me the price I desired. I've worked with my fair share of high-end dealerships over the years, and this is one of my top experiences. Had a paperwork issue after I bought the car and went in while Amanda wasn't there and got passed from one person to another. Issue was solved but required a bit more hassle and emails than necessary. 3 stars because of the sales manager and salesperson who argued for 20 minutes on the ridiculousness of wearing a mask indoors (one was wearing a mask, one wasn't). After purchasing a maintenance contract and having my vehicle serviced at multiple Audi location, they all show up on my carfax except for my 3 most recent serviced at this location. I am now selling my car and having to accept a lower price because the car does not appear to have been serviced for three years. When trying to speak to the location management about this, I was given the run-around and sent to voicemail for 5 days straight. Greg said "Is she buying a new car NO! it's pre-owned so she has to wait" like if my sale was not important... a 2016 car?? been bought in 2017" Guess to him that was poor. - First they never gave my paper work when I signed for my vehicle, - My owner's manual was never place in the car, - My vehicle went back twice for a 4-wheel alignment which was still off (I had to go else where to finally get a good alignment) - One of my mirrors was coming off and had to be re-glued ALL OF THIS IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH FROM THE PURCHASE DATE!!!! I live far from Bell Audi did not appreciate having to go back and forth so many times. One day I get a flat and my wheel lock key is no where to be found. I had to go spend money and time to get all my wheel locks changed, when I get to the Audi Service in a different location the service manager told me I was about the fifth person they serviced because Bell Audi "forgot" to give them their wheel lock key. The worst thing besides their bad service team is the attitude these people have like if I did not have a right to be pissed off about their errors it's truly disgusting. The receptionist who answer the phone are straight out nasty. The sales rep who sold me the vehicle told me the first time I called to leave him out of it, if the mistake was made by the service. I never had included him they always ask who your sales rep is and transfer you. Since he told me that I made sure never to be transferred back to him. Even management is rude. The only person I have dealt with from Bell Audi that is exempt from this review is Jackie who was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many condescending and unprofessional people. Stay Clear of this dealership. They made mistakes on my loan document, my trade in, and lied to me many times about my new plates. I purchased my new car on August 27th, traded in my old truck and thought everything was in place for my loan. September 27th I get a text message that I need to call the loan company, and they needed the lien release on my trade in. This is the first I am being asked to call or additional documents needed. I called the loan company only to find out the dealership had filled in the paper wrong and they would need to resubmit. They Fed Ex out a new loan agreement and I sent back. This pushed back my start of my loan by a month. I also had to call the loan company from my trade in. The loan had been paid off for a decade, but they never supplied the lien release. That took over 4 weeks to get resolved. In had no idea this needed to be done, nor was I asked until now. Once I received the release I scanned and emailed the information to the loan manager. All this time I am being told that my permanent plates were delayed because of slow processing by the state of NY. My temporary plates expired September 28, it's now November 17. This past Monday the loan manager texted that he didn't receive the hard copies of the lean release, I in turn asked about my plates. For the first time I was told the plates were being held because of the hard copy of the lien release. The loan manager said as soon as they received the hard copy of the lien release they would Fed Ex overnight the plates. This was my breaking point. I have been calling asking for months about the plates, consistently being told that NY state is slow in processing, now it's about the plates being held for this additional hard copy of paperwork. I travel for work and have been accommodating their mistakes every time they need something additional done to wrap this up. I just spoke to the sales manager this morning to be told that the paperwork for the plates hasn't even been submitted. I have temporary plates that expired almost 2 months ago, the paperwork hasn't even been submitted by the dealership, and I am just finding this out 3 months after buying the car. They have my my deposit, they have my trade in, my loan is finally set, and I have emailed the copy of the lien release and the hard copy is in the mail. I have been told various stories about my plates, but it seems that the paperwork for my plates hasn't even been submitted. I now have to rent a car to drive to Atlanta for the holiday because I don't want to drive that far with expired plates. The sales manage could care less about the challenges I experienced and instead told me I owed them money because of the hard copy to the lien release. He challenged everything I said, I offered to back it all up with text messages from his staff, but he declined to view them. I am in the process of checking if it's even legal for the dealership to hold my plates or delay submitting the paperwork. I bought a certified 2020 Audi Q3 two weeks ago from Bell Audi. I paid in excess of $40K & expected to get a perfect certified vehicle for my wife. We noticed that the car seemed to be not aligned properly so when we took it to be inspected here in Pennsylvania we were not totally surprised when we were told it was severely out of alignment. The bill for the alignment came to $239.95. I informed Bell Audi numerous times & was told in so many words that it was "too bad" and they would not reimburse me. I notified the General Manager(Ryan Schmidt) & he told me to send the alignment values to him. He got back to me & said he did not receive them so I resent them(over a week ago). Since then I have called a dozen times and not once has he even given me a return call.
