Until I noticed that one of the guys was no longer hand washing as the name claims... he was using a broom to wash my car. My vehicle now has scratch marks. I have tried to reach the owner but no answer. I understand it's for hard to reach places, like trucks, but I watched him use it on my small car entirely. Not once did they use their hands to wash my car, only to dry. Until I find a resolution to the MANY scratches on my car, I am not coming here any more, which I doubt since they never gave me a proper contact. This is my favorite car wash spot. I like to measure things by 3 factors to determine good value: price, quality, speed. You can never have all 3. This place has good quality cleaning at a good price. Speed can vary. I've waiting from 30-90 mins. If you come on the weekend, come really early. I really like how they don't charge extra for tire shine and washing rubber mats. I've been coming here for years. The prices have gone up a bit (as they should). The men here are all very hard workers, quick and all work together love that! Also taking Covid precautions by wearing gloves. I just moved downtown and found this place from yelp. It was by far the best car wash I've gotten in a while, especially for the price. Black paint is tricky to clean just right (without leaving ugly spots or streaks) and they did a better job than I end up doing when I really take my time to do it right myself. Good car wash for the money. I paid $18 for a Honda sedan at the time of writing this review. It is an old school 100% hand car wash. And I REALLY mean it. There is no car wash drive thru with autmatic soap dispensers, machine washing, or air drying. They use a garden hose and wash cloths. At first I was skeptical, however, there were 4-5 guys working on my car at any one time and they did a much better job than some of the fancier and automated car washes. There not much ambiance at this place and the area is not the best. My husband took our van to this place and unfortunately didn't notice that my iPad was missing before leaving the premises. We accept that it was careless to leave the iPad in the vehicle, but one would like to believe that employees of the establishment could be trusted not to steal.
