The customer service got in touch with him to direct him to their desk to meet the driver (one of the desks he had already been at previously). The woman was rude to him over the phone. She then called me to say that he went to the wrong desk when that was not the case. At this point, he was upset and decided to have someone pick him up instead of using their service. She immediately told me there would be no refund because their driver was waiting there for 3 hours - their driver got their 3 hours before his flight landed, and they knew the time his flight landed, so I don't know why they were waiting there so early and why that seemed to be my fault. Overall, will not use this service again. They're nice, until they have your money. Then you're out of luck!

If you have young children and want them in car seats (which this company says they do for a fee), book elsewhere. I made arrangements with this company to have a taxi with two child seats ready to pick up my family at Pearson a few days ago. Not only did I reserve online and follow up regarding the car seats by email (with a positive reply), I also followed up by calling and speaking to someone. He said that yes they have a driver with two car seats and no I don't have to do anything else to confirm the reservation. Sigh of relief. When my family got to the airport, there was no taxi under our name. When we called the company again he said there were no cars with carseats available. What?? My two young children and the rest of my family were stranded at the airport, with no cabs with carseats to be found. When I followed up with them the next day, no answer and no reply to my email. I personally will never use this company again on principle, even if I'm travelling alone. Anyone travelling with children should avoid them - it feels like you've found a solution only to end up with a massive hassle at the end of an already long day.
