Our driver greeted us with a smile and was very courteous. The driver was familiar with Toronto and ensured we arrived at the Roy Thomson Hall in time to attend our concert. On a side note if you haven't had the pleasure of listening to Violinist Carmina Burana do so, her concert is a must. We have booked with several operators in the past and none compare to Exquisite Limo in terms of value and service. We will certainly be booking our next event/ outing with Exquisite Limo. He took my number and said he or one of his staff would call back within the HR. 15 minutes later we got the call from Cheryl, she said that they would have a truck but needed 45 min to have it ready....WOW, not only did they call back but went out of there way to help us out when things were not looking good. I will never look elsewhere when I need to rent a vehicle. They went above what was expected and have earned my business for life.
