I really wanted these people to be great. We hired them to clean the tile and grout in our entire house, as well as the carpet in our bedroom. The day before the cleaning was scheduled, we moved everything out of the way so the workers could do their jobs unhampered by furniture and clutter. My husband let the crew in when they arrived, showed them the parts of the house that needed to be cleaned, then left for work. On my way home from work, I was so excited to see the results of the day. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I couldn't tell anything had been done. The grout was still discolored or dirty, several places had obviously not been touched, and the carpet, although it looked vacuumed, was still discolored in the high traffic areas. I have done a better job with my crappy $100 carpet machine and a toothbrush. We were charged over $400. My husband called and spoke with a manager, who assured us they would take care of it promptly. After being stood up by the manager and having phone calls not returned, finally we were scheduled to have the manager out to our house today to move and clean everything himself. Well, he was sick and couldn't come, so they sent a different guy out here. Again, my husband showed everything that had been missed, and some more work was done. STILL our grout is discolored or dirty, and for some reason they didn't realize our carpet needed to be recleaned so it still looks the same. At this point we are sick of dealing with them, so we asked for our money back. To us, this seems fair as we tried repeatedly to give them several chances to redo the job correctly. Here's the kicker: they apparently do not give refunds. That's right. You cannot get your money back. We now have to track down a completely different company to come do the job right, and send the bill to Bell County Carpet Cleaners. I cannot imagine this is going to turn out well. Please, save yourself the hassle. Choose another company. read more

I have used these guys several times over the last few years to do my carpet cleaning & they do an excellent job. Even though I don't have any stains in my carpet I get them cleaned yearly by these guys. Was ready for new floors but this place is too incompetent selling floors to trust them to install them. Went by on a Tuesday to pick one out. They said they would call me and get a sample on Thursday and call us. No call. So following Monday I called to followup. They had no idea who I was or any record of us speaking, said they would call back. Didn't hear from them. So called back Tuesday. They still had no idea, but said they would look into it again, and send someone out Wednesday with the samples and for a quote. So they come out Wednesday, have no samples, and have no idea what tile we even wanted. The level of incompetence is laughable. Apparently you need to get them for a sale and hold their hands through the whole thing. Stay far away from these guys. read more

I chose this company due to their advertising and the fact that it seemed to be a reputable company. The job was for a new floor in the entire house ( 2100 sq ft or so). We stopped by in a Saturday, looked at flooring, and the gentleman taking care of us scheduled for someone to come out during the next week to measure the job. He showed up as advertised, measured the house, and asked me to call him back later that day for a quote. Perfectly acceptable. Here is where it went wrong. I called, someone answered the phone the first few times, and said they could not hear me. I can only assume that at that point, they blocked my number, because several calls over several days after that were not answered. I assumed that the store would be calling me back, so after waiting over three weeks without a call back, I again called the store, talked to a gentleman that DID look into it for me, and played the "not me" card, but did say that the man that was helping me was Cory, and he would call me right back...... once again, no call. They evidently do not need the business, so after a month and several chances to make it right, I guess that I'll give my money to another business. read more

I had them out to a rental property that I own to clean the tile/grout and re-clean the carpets that had already been cleaned (by a previous company) but had left the carpet crunchy and stinky. I had scheduled them to come at 11:00 and I myself arrived at the property 30 minutes early just in case they arrived sooner than expected. By 11:15 I called their office to see if I had gotten the days wrong because they hadn't shown up or called. The office lady was very nice and said she would give them a call to see if they were behind. She did not call me back to let me know what was going on but by around 11:30/12:00 I finally got a knock on my door. I showed the guys the dirty grout to which I got the response of "yeah, I'm not sure if we can get that clean", "sometimes we can and sometimes we can't", then I showed him the carpet and told him that it had already been cleaned once but the cleaning had left a crunchy texture to the carpet. Which again I got the respons of "yeah, we might not be able to fix that either". I told them to go ahead with the cleaning anyway to at least try to make it look better and I left the guys to their job and asked them to lock up when they were done. As I was getting ready to leave one of the guys finally said he was sorry for being late but had tried to call and got no response. (I had my phone on me the whole time, there were no missed calls or messages left). On returning to the home a few hours later I inspected the tile and grout and the carpets and saw no difference. Not even a little bit. I do know that they at least tried because they left puddles on my wood laminate flooring at the door frame where the tile and laminate met. It definitely was NOT worth the $300 that I spent. I honestly wasn't expecting them to be able to get the grout drastically cleaned but was expecting at least a little bit of a difference. And the carpet? Exact same condition as well. The crunchiness was probably due to someone using too much product and not getting it all up, so why wouldn't they be able to fix that? It doesn't make sense to me that a company that offers carpet and tile cleaning can't do what they claim. read more

We had the entire house done. I own a Dyson and pulled all kinds of stuff out of the carpet before they came and now there is nothing.
