I had to find another person to come in and paint and fix all of the issues on my walls. They never finished the job and I've been stuck with incomplete flooring. This is my second project with Jason & the team at Flooring Warehouse and again they knocked it out of the park. They do more than floors. I had a backsplash removed and a new one installed. I work from home and was worried about the noise or mess- neither were a problem. The whole project, including new drywall, took less than 3 days. He left my kitchen spotless clean as well. I cannot say enough good things about Flooring Warehouse. After dealing with multiple poor contractors in the last few years, I had put off getting new floors because I didn't want to deal with the stress and headache of yet another bad experience. I had been to a couple local flooring places, but it was just overwhelming with so many choices and not enough store help. After finally getting tired of the unsealed concrete we'd been living on, I searched yelp and came across Flooring Warehouse. They had great reviews, and I decided to stop in and check them out. Let me just say that Amber was a godsend. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel less overwhelmed by the whole process. She was also very patient with my many visits while searching for the perfect floor. I was nervous about biting the bullet because this was a one time purchase for us, and it had to be perfect. I took home 20+ samples over 3 months and still wasn't set on any of them. During that time, Amber was great about checking in with me and informing me about sales going on. The last round of samples led to a winner, and we scheduled an install date that easily worked around my schedule. Install was nothing short of spectacular. It was a four day deal, and the team was wonderful about leaving the house in working order each night. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard all day long. Not a single issue. for a flooring contractor, they were ok to deal with overall.... but they misunderstood when I said would not have movers put anything in those rooms,( which I did) but two items will need to go in when done (bed and panels) at install they balked at having to put those 2 items sitting next to door in!!!! ranted about charging 125!!!! really??? left a senior woman stranded. We recently bought an older home in Georgetown and wanted to replace all the flooring before moving in. We wanted a quick install but even more important was quality. We got all of it and more. Kimberly came out to the house, drew up plans and took measurements and gave me her design ideas which I loved. A team was scheduled to start in a couple of days. They showed up promptly on Saturday and got started. Raphael, the foreman suggested a different layout design with my tile to show off the pattern. He brought in several of the 24 inch tiles and laid them out two different ways so that I could get a better visual. He was right, I liked his ideas better. The guys worked Saturday, Sunday and Monday and finished the job. They did a beautiful job, I couldn't be happier. Because the house was older, the floor needed leveling. We needed to replace a small area of carpet. Someone came out and measured, then we were called to set up an installation date. It was set for a certain day at 3:00. 5:00 no one had come. We called the warehouse and were told they would call the installers and get back with us. We called a half hour later because we hadn't received an update. We rescheduled for the next day 9:30 -10:30 am. The installers arrived at 5:15, right after we had rescheduled for the following day. He was ready to work, so he brought in the carpet and pad. The area didn't have carpet nail strips down. He didn't bring any, the person who measured didn't let them know they would need them. He said he would be back in the morning between 9:30 - 10:30. It is now 11:10 and they just arrived. read more
