After we started to move in, we found the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned out and dishes from the previous owner were still in some of them. The dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceiling were a specific item I requested to be cleaned and they were not touched. The bathroom showers still had not been cleaned. The carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned but the small machine they used did no good. They didn't even vacuum up after using the steam cleaner. I'm extremely disappointed with the work they did and cannot recommend them to anyone. Rating would be 0 stars but it won't let me do 0.

I would have given them an average/3 had it not been for their responses over text. Similarly, I had told them ahead of time I would be waiting to pay the electronic bill until after the day of the service. They also sent the invoice for incorrect charges twice before the correct one. So for me the end of my work day is 7pm - however, today after the service was completed they responded that the bill would be due at 5pm (and this had never been communicated before). I always check the service before paying so would not have agreed to that stipulation. This part is all business logistics things though and I'm sure something that could be easily fixed and not a deterrent for future customers.

I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.
