They exchanged it for a Table which was a Cherry Wood Color and matched nothing in room. They took table back and we waited another 8 months and the finally delivered yet another cherrywood Table. My cabinets were walnut. We called and spoke to Leon the Owner, who said we said Number 1 the damaged table was the Cherrywood color and what we ordered, it wasn't! The Table is Beautiful but not Walnut. We kept it because Leon said it was the best he could do. I recommend not Ever Buying anything that needs to be ordered and made. They are very ignorant when they mess up and it takes forever. We paid $ 4,000 for something that must be covered all the time.

The first few days I came in, I spent hours in the store trying to get everything right. I knew I had a large order, so I was patient and allowed the staff to help other customers in between assisting me. I was there for nearly three hours at one point while Hannah and Samantha worked back and forth. Despite all that time and effort, my invitations were still printed incorrectly. I tried to stay kind and understanding throughout the entire process, but it honestly feels like that worked against me. At one point, when I called back about a small fix that needed to be made, Hannah told me she wouldn't do it and that I would have to wait an entire week for Samantha to return from PTO. I then asked to speak with a manager. It took multiple calls and long hold times just to finally get in touch with John. Unfortunately, he offered no real solution. I was told there was no compensation or accommodation that could be provided for everything I had experienced. The only thing offered was to give me the rest of the invitations I had already paid for, which doesn't address the time, stress, and delay this caused. I really tried to be patient and respectful throughout this process, but in the end, my patience and kindness ultimately led to my order being mishandled and delayed. For something as important and time sensitive as wedding invitations, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
