I'm hoping that Yelp Reviews hold as much weight to whoever's reading this as a quality guarantee, because I really can't speak highly enough of the service I got from Leo, the owner at this wonderful location. I work at huge business that constantly is in need of copies on a weekly basis. Because of the high volume of customers that walk in to fill out forms, we sometimes run out of the packets. When this happens I immediately call Leo's office to place a rushed order and within an hour the staff at Ecotech has my order of 500 packets with 7 pages each ready in less than 1 hour. Nowhere else can you can find such a dedicated staff to make sure that orders are done in a timely manner. Additionally, I purchased my printer from Eccotech based on Leo's recommendation and is one of the best purchases we have made for our business. We did, however, experience some technical difficulties with our Brother printer when one of our employees messed it up, so while we waited for a tech from Brother to repair it, Leo lent us one of his own office printers while we waited for our printer to be fixed which took a total of 2 weeks. For those 2 weeks, Leo patiently and generously permitted us to use the printer. Such act of kindness and caring is unheard of nowadays!! Every company like Kinkos, Staples, or fed ex will make sure to charge the customer for every single service that they rudely provide.At Ecotech, they will do their outmost best to make the customer is not only happy but extremely satisfied. Jose answered the phone, patiently listened to me describe my problem with my copier/scanner, and then spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting and got my machine running again. I had changed internet service providers and I was having trouble getting a consistent IP address and the printer would stop working. He didn't even charge me a penny! Our office was in need of somebody to help us set up our scanner and connect it to two computers. Before Jose from Ecotech came to help us, we tried having two IT people set it up several times and failed. Leo was great in responding very quickly and got us set up with Jose to come out to our office within a week of me seeking their help. Jose came in on time, was able to set up our scanner and fix the sleep mode (that was driving us crazy by the way) in 2 hours.
