But, why would I be surprised since they allow transients to park in their lot doing all manner of things that beyond the unsightliness, bring a degree of discomfort to patrons? I used to frequent this location nearly daily dropping packages off for shipping for my small business. That is until the packages weren't picked up daily. Then I used the location to drop off Amazon returns. While waiting in the checkout line for the return (the process was changed with no signage) I again, mentioned how uncomfortable it is to have someone begging just outside the door. No response. I have replaced arm pads, casters and lumbar support as they wore out, but I finally ran into a challenge that caused me to look for a new chair. The center cylinder failed and the mechanism had collapsed due to years of overuse. I found BHC online and decided to buy a chair from them. They seemed like specialists and had great prices and selection. My partner emailed Lerry and he said they could repair my chair while we wait and he had a number of chairs for sale that were 1/2 retail and in great shape. I brought my chair to them and their bright, polite technician told me: No problem I can fix this in 15 minutes. They had the parts right there and Oscar, the master technician, had the chair back to me in 10 minutes!!! Aeron chairs are great chairs and it's nice to know that BHC is there to help me when I need them. I recommend their services 200%.

I like shopping in early morning and I was there right after they opened at 8.30 a.m. They don't bug you while you try out the various chairs, and I wandered around the large space sitting in different chairs. They have all kinds of office furniture -- tables, desks, bookcases, file cabinets, etc., and they also rent the stuff. Lots of businesses and award shows get stuff from their showroom. They have ergonomic chairs which are pretty expensive, but I didn't find them as comfortable as some of the padded chairs. Didn't want to spend a bundle, but didn't want something uncomfortable either. Had decided on a padded chair with a net back, when I found a much better black padded chair with white stitching. It was $200, which is pretty good for a comfortable office chair. At this point, Nikea came over to help me. She wasn't sure they could sell the floor sample so she asked Luis, who was sitting in a glassed in office. I waved to him, smiled, and he waved back to Nikea that it was okay to sell me the chair. Score! I sat down at Nikea's desk while she printed out the invoice and took payment. A very easy process. Shopping and buying Dozar is so much easier and more convenient that trying to snag a clerk at Office Depot or Staples. Nikea called one of the guys and he carried the chair out to my car. I'm sitting in it now, and am glad to have made the purchase.

When I came back to pick it up, I was shocked to see it lying on its side on the floor in front of his counter. When he gave it back onto me, there were several scratches on the case! This beautiful machine had somehow made it nearly 80 years without a scratch-- that is, until I had the misfortune of trusting Mr. Schultz with it. To make matters worse, he denied he had caused the scratches, even when I showed him photos that I had taken of the typewriter before I brought it in for servicing. He ultimately bought the type from me, but not before screaming vulgarities at me. What a surreal and hellish experience it was dealing with this guy.
