I purchased a Groupon from them and have been trying to find availability that works for me, every time I call, they are booked. I called today and Lisa was finally able to give me an available date and time! However I was told by her that "my name sounds familiar" and that I probably purchased a Groupon before. I personally do not remember ever going there. However she preceded to tell me that if I already had purchased a groupon that I cannot use a groupon and I would have to call Groupon to get a refund. She told me to give her my Groupon number so that she can check the number to look back at her records to see if I had ever purchased a Groupon from them before and she would get back to me. All I wanted was to de-stress with a massage and in return I got more stressed out!!!! I went back to the Groupon and even if I had ever purchase a Groupon years ago that I cannot remember, it says on the Groupon to "purchase again" see picture attached. I went for 5 totals visits within a two and a half week span and I can feel a major difference in the relaxing of the muscles around my jaw. I still grind at night, but at least I don't have much pain in my TMJ and it feels less clenched during the day. Dr. Lai is really nice and naturally has great bed-side manor.
