Kept up on letting them know we submitted a application we're interested, they called for income verification, about 5-10 minutes later received a text from them saying rent is being increased and they changed the policy to no pets allowed. Then, right after sent a text saying "Your application was denied due to pets, let us know if you'd like to apply for another unit." Didn't even ask if they are emotional support animals or service dogs. Just wasted my time, credit score and money i could've used towards another place. *edit*. Told them i had a letter for emotional support animals, and out of nowhere tried saying i was denied because of income also. I have the all the messages/emails. Disputing the application fees from my bank as, they are a SCAMMING, UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTING and just not a good property management company. I've applied to a few places that go through property management and NEVER EVER seen such a dirty company. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS YOU SEE. YELP AND GOOGLE DONT LIE. For the record, I waited over 8 months to write this review to allow Steve the opportunity to deliver on his promises but not only did he not deliver, he refuses to even respond to mine or my realtor's communications. To add some context, Steve was the selling realtor for the home we purchased in June 2022, and our realtor (who was great) unfortunately had to work with Steve to close the deal. We purchased a home that was priced just under a million dollars, and I would expect a certain level of customer service and follow up when closing such a large deal. Steve responded to our realtor up until the closing date, and after that date he completely fell off leaving a lot of unfulfilled promises (that are in our contract). It took Steve two & a half months (77 days to be exact) just to come remove the lockbox from our property after the purchase of our home. When he came over I personally asked him about all the unfulfilled promises he and the seller had made. At which point he smiled, gave me his card and assured me that he was on it and would be in touch ... this was literally the last time I heard from him despite my efforts to contact him. His seller is in a breach of contract due to so many unfulfilled promises that were in writing. Steve failed to follow up with us on our home warranty (in the contract). He failed to follow up with our home security credit (in the contract). He also failed to follow up with the promise to repair the granite in the kitchen which is chipped in multiple areas. Again, this is close to a million dollar home! The lack of customer care on Steve's part is unacceptable. I've never worked with a realtor who lacked professionalism as much as Steve does. I highly discourage anyone from dealing with him or his company. I honestly don't even know how he has a license, he clearly doesn't care about people or their families. It's no surprise his company only has two stars. If I could give him zero stars I would.

I was happy with the first survey portion, but the second portion was an application to the city that was terrible to work with them on. The team said would take about 2 weeks. When I followed up two weeks later they were not done yet without an idea when they would be. 5 days later I had to cancel the project with them. They then sent a large invoice after having received nothing back. I pushed back and got a vague invoice, and incomplete plans, when I disagreed and asked for more detail they threatened to put a lien on my property. I understand I had a contract and cancelled it, and was responsible for the work they did to the point I cancelled, but the communication was soo poor, and the materials they provided did not seem to justify the high invoice I received. Really was a disappointing experience, and left a very unsatisfied customer and I wanted to pass along the warning.

They have cost our building a lot of money, and pay themselves outrageously for small jobs that should be covered by the contract we had with them (for instance, I believe it was $50 to mail a letter). I don't trust them, I think they are unprofessional and do a terrible job overall. Some examples: they rarely respond to emails or maintenance requests, and even if they do respond, the problems remain (for instance a hole in our laundry room ceiling remains after 8 months and multiple requests). They were almost always unavailable at HOA meetings, and did not have the answers to longstanding questions even when they WERE present. They were completely useless when we needed a new roof. Equally useless during a small claims court trial. Terrible at sending out info to the community and when they did it was incorrect. When they "fired" us, they closed all the open maintenance tickets but the work was never actually done (see hole in laundry room ceiling, above). It turned out they had not paid many of our bills resulting in crazy amounts of fines, and they did not do our taxes so we had to file an extension at the last minute. All in all, I repeat, do not hire this company. It will cost you money and be a horrible experience along the way.
