Probably the worst service department ever I have diesel Toyota Land Cruiser I get quoted in the morning $110 with their filter For a oil change then when I show up I get quoted $161 using my oil filter that I paid $38 for previous months ahead terrible communication then he says he didn't know it was a diesel when we had a full conversation about other dealerships not being able to work on diesel then I get home and I have a oil leak all in my driveway. I have been there twice before in my prior experiences were very very great, but this time was terrible and it makes me really not want to go back for maintenance on my vehicle in the future. It took five hours for a tire rotation and to top off oils. Around the four hour mark, I went outside to see what the holdup was and I see my car being driven up and parked so I'm thinking awesome it should be ready. I sit outside, I wait about another 15 minutes thinking maybe my advisor is just busy and hasn't realized yet. I forgot exactly who my advisor was so I asked one of the other attendants if they can check on the status of my vehicle, they said yes they told me my advisor's name and they went over to ask him about it She came back and told me my advisor said he's just finishing up my paperwork. It should be 10 to 15 minutes. First off I'm not stupid there is no paperwork they need to fill out that is going to take 10 to 15 minutes for them to give me my vehicle that has already just been sitting for 30 minutes . That 10- 15 minutes turned into another 25minutes . my vehicle is a 2025. I just purchased in April. There's nothing wrong with it. It was just routine maintenance work that I came in for. Being there for five hours, my toddler was not very happy so they were very apologetic about me having to wait that long. I came over here as their was a major issue with my touchscreen display in my car. Another mechanic recommended updating the software. I asked them to fix the issue as my buttons on my steering wheel and the display itself no longer worked. They charged me $200 and didn't even fix the problem. Everything is still broken. read more

I arrived at 8:00 AM today as a cash buyer, ready to finalize a deal on a vehicle negotiated the night before with Daniel for approximately $30,600. Instead of a smooth transaction, I was met with a series of "bait and switch" tactics and disrespectful management. The issues I encountered: Broken Agreements: Daniel was nowhere to be found. A different salesperson, Jorge, quoted me a price over $1,000 higher than agreed, citing "accessory fees" that were never mentioned during negotiations. Hostile Management: I spoke with a sales manager named Izzy, who was incredibly dismissive and rude. He refused to honor the verbal agreement made by his team and actually told me, "No and thanks for my business," before walking away from me mid-conversation. The Final Straw: After I called an Uber to leave, another staff member approached me and agreed to the original $30,600 price. They parked behind me and on the side of me. I was the last car to be serviced. Slow service and unapologetic acted like it was normal. I wanted to switch back, but I received no response. I then emailed the manager about it and still have not heard back. This was a basic request, yet no one has followed up. Sold me a car that is not legal to operate on the road. The tent on my front windows is limo grade. I'm new to Arizona so when I bought the car used, I assumed because it was so hot in AZ that it was legal to have darker windows. In addition, it never crossed my mind that a dealership would be so disreputable that they would sell a car that's not legal to operate on the road. Of course I was pulled over and received a fix-it ticket. The cop did not believe me that a dealership would sell me a car that was illegal to drive on the road. I had to show him pictures of the car with the stickers on it, still on the lot for him to believe me. Then I took the car in for service and brought it to my service reps attention, again he did not believe that they would sell a that is not legal to operate on the road. Again, I showed him pictures. While searching for a 2026 RAV4, I called several dealers in our region to find out when they would have this vehicle available. We were able to locate and purchase a vehicle nearby. When Bell Road contacted me by text I told them we didn't need anymore assistance and asked that we be removed from their contacts. Since then, I have received more than 10 calls and texts from this dealership. I have asked each time to be removed from call lists only to be bothered in the next day or two with yet another call and/or text. I tried to speak to the sales or dealership manager to get their sales force to quit harassing me but none answered the call so I left messages. Those apparently were also ignored and I continue to receive unwanted sales calls. Clearly, if I had known what a hassle one simple query would open up, I never would have contacted Bell Road Toyota. I hope others read this before contacting them and reconsider. Within 10 minutes of being there, I had a contract and headed to Well Fargo to get a cashiers check for payment on the vehicle. I drove the RAV4 for my wife. I told Berenise what I was comfortable paying. She came back with a figure. I countered, and it was done in 10 minutes. I visited 2 other Toyota dealerships, one place was 7k more for the same vehicle and another place was 12k more than what I paid at Bell Road. The most refreshing part was not only her professionalism but how she was kind and not pressuring, in any way. Went in Bell Road Toyota to day to get an extra remote key for the car. First young man I met was very friendly and helpful. All that hospitality when I entered the parts department. As I walked towards the parts desk, I noticed all of the toys and add on on display -- were so over priced that I could not believe it. Then when I got to the desk I was even more disappointed at the different items on display with higher prices. Finally the man behind the desk actually decided I might be there for something. I needed to get an extra key for the car and he said it would cost between $300 to $400! I explained to him the previous person I dealt with, said once I registered the key during previous key replacement that if needed another key it would cost only $125. First it took him almost 30 minutes to find the account on the car with many more questions and button pushing on his end, once he finally got into the profile he information me there was no way a replacement remote could be sold $125 Could not find the general manager, new car manager. I did manage to find someone who said that yes the prices on replacement was way too much. He proceeded to tell me I could get a much better product and even a much better with an independent contractor who made keys with his mobile kiosk. The replacement better key programmed to my car was $50.00, so I bought two of them. Come Janice, I will sell the Toyota and buy an American vehicle, I will NEVER own another Toyota, even if someone gives me a brand new top of the line Toyota. I will immediately sell it and send the proceeds to Tunnel 2 Towers. One more thing that is off the above subject but this particular dealership on dealership row on Bell Road does not fly the American flag. I asked someone pretending to be in charge why Bell Road Toyota did not have an American flag flying, he said the only explanation that he had was people who run Bell Road Toyota do not believe that the American flag should be flown at their dealership. Then under his breath he indicated even on patriotic holidays there is no US flag to be found. I brought my 2024 Camry in for some noise in the right front suspension. Rick was my service agent. I knew the right upper strut mount was making the noise as I suspected. Oh Oh, I had only 700 miles left under warranty. I wondered if somehow I would end up with some costs. To my amazement, both the right and left strut complete assemblies were ordered along with a wheel alignment. Rick also supplied a free new loaner truck. Amazing service was given by Rick and his dealership. I did not expect such straight forward and friendly service. All free at no cost to me. read more

The guy touched my car decided to walk off and think it was OK. It was a giant scratch and pitting from the door, knocking my car. The technician even touched it noticing that he did that from a 2003 to 2006 Toyota Corolla in gray he was a technician that was I believe Middle Eastern service manager likes to promise things and nothing seemed to happen so good job Toyota. My husband has been searching for a truck for about four months now. He finally narrowed it down to what he wanted and he went on their website to see what the inventory was. The prices looked very good so we made a trip from Yuma to their establishment in hopes of buying a truck. When we arrived, we found that the prices advertised our $10-$15,000 less than the actual price of the trucks. My husband brought this to their attention and they casually asked him if he did not read the disclaimers on the website. I call that false advertising and I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. SHADY!!! What a waste of our time!!! We ended up driving to. On July 4, 2025, I used Bell Road Toyota's website to make a service appointment for my RAV4. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning, July 12, 2025. I did not receive an email or text confirmation, so I called the dealership on Friday evening before my appointment to confirm. The individual I spoke with informed me that the system had scheduled it with an advisor who had left the dealership months ago. However, they assured me I still had an appointment at 8:15 a.m. the next day, Saturday, July 12, 2025. I arrived at Bell Road Toyota (2020 West Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85023) at approximately 0825am. The individual who greeted me couldn't find an appointment for me but said they would take care of my vehicle. I told him that if it was going to be an issue, we could reschedule the appointment for next Saturday. He assured me they could take care of my vehicle. He then introduced me to Eduardo Parra, who was my service advisor for this visit. It was a 25K visit with the most complicated item being the tire rotation. Still, Eduardo said it could take 2-4 hours since they were busy. I proceeded to the waiting room to read and watch movies on my iPad. After a while, I noticed an individual who arrived well after I did, getting up to get his vehicle. I followed him outside to notice that Eduardo also helped him. I then realized I had been there 5 hours and checked the Toyota app on my phone to see if I had any of the typical alerts I receive during a service visit (hood up, doors open, etc). I had not received any. I went to ask Eduardo the status of my vehicle, and he said he would have to check on it. I told him that since I had not received any alerts, I assumed they hadn't started on my car yet. I told him that if that was the case, he should just pull it around, and I would leave. As I told, Eduardo, I have friends in the industry, and I know part of the service advisor's job is to track vehicles and ensure they are serviced promptly. Like I told him, he failed that day. He later called me and tried to get me to come back, even offering to fill up my gas tank. I told him that since I had a hybrid, it was not an incentive for me to come back. Two weeks later, I decided to give Bell Road Toyota another chance. On Thursday, July 24, 2025, I called the service number and made an appointment for Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 0830am. I show up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes before I was approached! When someone finally came over, he asked my name, tried to look up the appointment, then asked if it might be under another name. I told him no and asked if I had an appointment. He tells me no, but they can take care of my car. I told him to forget it; I am not going through this again, and I left. I will never recommend Bell Road Toyota, and I will never return there.
