Less than a year ago, I purchased TWO brand new Tundras from this dealership. TWO. You'd think that kind of loyalty would earn at least a baseline level of respect and honesty. Instead, I was fed a line about how they wanted to "earn my business" and convinced to drive over 100 miles to discuss a trade-in deal. Within FIVE MINUTES of walking through the door, the appraiser -- a smug little guy who clearly had zero interest in actually helping a customer -- told me flat out they couldn't offer fair KBB trade-in value. I have been there twice before in my prior experiences were very very great, but this time was terrible and it makes me really not want to go back for maintenance on my vehicle in the future. It took five hours for a tire rotation and to top off oils. Around the four hour mark, I went outside to see what the holdup was and I see my car being driven up and parked so I'm thinking awesome it should be ready. I sit outside, I wait about another 15 minutes thinking maybe my advisor is just busy and hasn't realized yet. I forgot exactly who my advisor was so I asked one of the other attendants if they can check on the status of my vehicle, they said yes they told me my advisor's name and they went over to ask him about it She came back and told me my advisor said he's just finishing up my paperwork. It should be 10 to 15 minutes. First off I'm not stupid there is no paperwork they need to fill out that is going to take 10 to 15 minutes for them to give me my vehicle that has already just been sitting for 30 minutes . That 10- 15 minutes turned into another 25minutes . my vehicle is a 2025. I just purchased in April. There's nothing wrong with it. It was just routine maintenance work that I came in for. Being there for five hours, my toddler was not very happy so they were very apologetic about me having to wait that long. Before that, I spoke with the finance representative, Diego Franco, who was rude and dismissive. He essentially said that I had signed the contract and that it was my responsibility, showing little concern for my situation or customer service. I have purchased vehicles from Honda, BMW, and Toyota before, and I have never experienced this level of poor communication and lack of professionalism--especially from a Toyota dealership. I chose this dealer because they had a very specific vehicle I was looking for, and as a loyal Toyota customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. After emailing Eric to explain my concerns again, I was asked to return to the dealership the following Monday. They said they had a solution, which involved submitting paperwork to remove the unwanted add-ons. However, I was told it could take at least three months to process, and in the meantime, my monthly payment would remain around $1,600--even after removing approximately $18,000 worth of unnecessary items. I was told this is simply how Toyota Financial operates and that nothing could be done. To make matters worse, I later contacted the salesperson with a simple question about the original lug nuts that were removed when they installed wheel locks. I wanted to switch back, but I received no response. I then emailed the manager about it and still have not heard back. This was a basic request, yet no one has followed up. Overall, the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service at this dealership has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better. My fiancé and I both brought our vehicles in for oil changes and paid for the oil change package. The coolant and windshield wiper fluid would be filled, but after checking, both were completely empty. That raises concerns about whether the oil was actually changed at all. On my fiancé's truck, we were told a lug nut was too rusted to be put back on, yet the lug nut was somehow lost by the mechanic. There was no proof provided, and now we are missing a lug nut because of their mistake. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Went in Bell Road Toyota to day to get an extra remote key for the car. First young man I met was very friendly and helpful. All that hospitality when I entered the parts department. As I walked towards the parts desk, I noticed all of the toys and add on on display -- were so over priced that I could not believe it. Then when I got to the desk I was even more disappointed at the different items on display with higher prices. Finally the man behind the desk actually decided I might be there for something. I needed to get an extra key for the car and he said it would cost between $300 to $400! I explained to him the previous person I dealt with, said once I registered the key during previous key replacement that if needed another key it would cost only $125. First it took him almost 30 minutes to find the account on the car with many more questions and button pushing on his end, once he finally got into the profile he information me there was no way a replacement remote could be sold $125 Could not find the general manager, new car manager. I did manage to find someone who said that yes the prices on replacement was way too much. He proceeded to tell me I could get a much better product and even a much better with an independent contractor who made keys with his mobile kiosk. The replacement better key programmed to my car was $50.00, so I bought two of them. Come Janice, I will sell the Toyota and buy an American vehicle, I will NEVER own another Toyota, even if someone gives me a brand new top of the line Toyota. I will immediately sell it and send the proceeds to Tunnel 2 Towers. One more thing that is off the above subject but this particular dealership on dealership row on Bell Road does not fly the American flag. I asked someone pretending to be in charge why Bell Road Toyota did not have an American flag flying, he said the only explanation that he had was people who run Bell Road Toyota do not believe that the American flag should be flown at their dealership. Oh Oh, I had only 700 miles left under warranty. I wondered if somehow I would end up with some costs. The prices looked very good so we made a trip from Yuma to their establishment in hopes of buying a truck. When we arrived, we found that the prices advertised our $10-$15,000 less than the actual price of the trucks. My husband brought this to their attention and they casually asked him if he did not read the disclaimers on the website. On July 4, 2025, I used Bell Road Toyota's website to make a service appointment for my RAV4. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning, July 12, 2025. I did not receive an email or text confirmation, so I called the dealership on Friday evening before my appointment to confirm. The individual I spoke with informed me that the system had scheduled it with an advisor who had left the dealership months ago. However, they assured me I still had an appointment at 8:15 a.m. the next day, Saturday, July 12, 2025. I arrived at Bell Road Toyota (2020 West Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85023) at approximately 0825am. The individual who greeted me couldn't find an appointment for me but said they would take care of my vehicle. I told him that if it was going to be an issue, we could reschedule the appointment for next Saturday. He assured me they could take care of my vehicle. He then introduced me to Eduardo Parra, who was my service advisor for this visit. It was a 25K visit with the most complicated item being the tire rotation. Still, Eduardo said it could take 2-4 hours since they were busy. I proceeded to the waiting room to read and watch movies on my iPad. After a while, I noticed an individual who arrived well after I did, getting up to get his vehicle. I followed him outside to notice that Eduardo also helped him. I then realized I had been there 5 hours and checked the Toyota app on my phone to see if I had any of the typical alerts I receive during a service visit (hood up, doors open, etc). I had not received any. I went to ask Eduardo the status of my vehicle, and he said he would have to check on it. I told him that since I had not received any alerts, I assumed they hadn't started on my car yet. I told him that if that was the case, he should just pull it around, and I would leave. As I told, Eduardo, I have friends in the industry, and I know part of the service advisor's job is to track vehicles and ensure they are serviced promptly. Like I told him, he failed that day. He later called me and tried to get me to come back, even offering to fill up my gas tank. I told him that since I had a hybrid, it was not an incentive for me to come back. Two weeks later, I decided to give Bell Road Toyota another chance. On Thursday, July 24, 2025, I called the service number and made an appointment for Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 0830am. I show up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes before I was approached! When someone finally came over, he asked my name, tried to look up the appointment, then asked if it might be under another name. I told him no and asked if I had an appointment. He tells me no, but they can take care of my car. I told him to forget it; I am not going through this again, and I left. I will never recommend Bell Road Toyota, and I will never return there. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Toyota, and I have owned various Toyotas since at least 2008/2009. read more

I was told they would sell me the 2023 Camry for $24,000 and they failed to tell me that it isn't really 24,000 because of the charges for the used car so it cost me 28,000! $4000 is a big difference and I was misled into accepting it and now I'm stuck with it. Not only did they lie about availability online, they said the price would increase once it went through service.
