Great service!!!!! We were having a very bad flea problem from a stray cat that decided to have a litter of kittens in our seller. We are a family owned and operated landscape material yard, and we couldn't have an out of control flea problem. We had called several bigger name pest control companies and finally got one to come out the next day to spray. BUT when they showed up they were just gonna give us an estimate. Was kinda messed up. So i got the ok to try and find another place. Bell had alot of great reviews. I called Bell Termite Control after reading several awesome comments on Yelp and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted! A guy named Randy came to my house to do an inspection and found drywood termites when I do not have a termite problem!! This guy "found" two areas with termite debris in my garage and after he showed them to me, we walked to the front yard, he said he felt something on his legs and quickly saw "termite debris" on him too. He then continued on with his inspection and gave me a quote of $1,100 and left. I told my husband and showed him the area of the garage and everyone (4 family members) agreed that the debris had never been there before. Since then, we have swept up the area and we have not seen any "termite debris". Its been almost 3 months since this incident. Please beware, be very careful and watch when people come to inspect your home. read more

Confused and concerned about complete opposite inspection results from two other large "reputable" chains, I asked co-workers if anyone knew of a good TRUSTWORTHY company and Bell Termite was recommended. Keith did a thorough inspection even taking me to the damage site and educating me on evidence of infestation. I found this company on Yelp and had them come out to give us an estimate on treating our termites. Will Saavedra came out and listened to our concerns and then checked everything for us and explained what we would need. Because we have solar, we did not want to tent, and Will agreed and even stated that with our tile roof, he would be hesitate to tent the house. Instead he explained that Bell Termite would send a team to come out and very aggressively treat all areas of concern with non-toxic chemicals. The team they sent out was very professional, very polite and very competent. Their pricing was awesome and we couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them in the future if needed. I need to correct one thing. If you read my post earlier, I had stated that Edgar Flores was our inspector instead of Will Saavedra. Edgar works in the office and I dealt with him through emails. I found Bell Termite here on Yelp and after reading the reviews decided to call them regarding a property in Chino that I do not live in. Spoke with Ed very briefly and when taking no more information than my phone number was told that a technician would call me back in less than five minutes to make the arrangements. After nearly twenty minutes Miguel called me and we discussed what I needed to have done and that he could meet me at the house by 3 PM as I had some work to complete and since I would be working I would be unable to hear my phone so he was to just come and meet me there and complete the service. He agreed and said he would meet me there at 3 PM. He even asked if he could go check it out at that time and I informed him that the side gate was locked and he would not be able to enter the back yard so again we agreed that he would just meet me there. I arrived at the property just after 2 PM and began my work. I did put my phone in my pocket but was using yard equipment and was unable to hear it ring if it did. At 3:16 PM Miguel tried to call me, then at 3:20 PM the office tried to call me, they did leave a message which I retrieved later and they texted me at 3:26 PM . At 3:33 PM I texted them back telling them that I had been waiting for the tech to arrive. I called the office at 3:48 PM and was told that the tech had already left for the day and if I would like to make an appointment for Friday they could schedule it now. Needless to say I was a little perturbed at this so I declined and explained again to the woman speaking with me that this was not the house I live in, I had arranged with the tech to meet me there as I would not be able to hear my phone and that since I was going to be at the property that day I wanted the service done then and I was not going to be available on Friday and I would find someone else who would actually show up to complete the service for me and hung up. According to the other reviews that I have read they seem to be a reputable company, However, after my experience or lack of depending on how you look at it, I cannot and would not recommend them. read more
