I don't know if the glue and lashes have changed to cheapen the cost but something has! They don't just start to fall out , out of the blue after a few days! I am shocked that money is more Important to the owner than retaining her long time loyal customer! I will find a place to spend my $ that actually cares!!! To tell a customer " you can come in and pay $75 to have them fixed is absurd! My Response: I already told you I was going elsewhere Lauren. You know how much $ I've spent in past 2 years at your business. I'm really surprised at how it was handled. If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. Shay didn't recommend a lighter lash until it happened more than once. That policy is nowhere on your site , and it's not like the tech doesn't get a tip etc, I've offered to pay she said " no worries" . But to want to charge $85 in between 2 week lash appointments for lashes that just start falling out is just ridiculous! Sometimes it's the product etc. especially after 2 years and all sudden there's issues! I just felt like basically paying for a full set is ridiculous! I just asked for the bare spots to be fixed!

In this photo you see me coming in after two weeks (my scheduled refill time) and going to work happy and ready for the weeks to come ! I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years. There's not an artist I haven't seen. To be honest I was an artist for a year and that's how i know how good this work is. I've paid 400$ for lashes that weren't close to this good and I've paid 25$ for lashes and you get what you pay for. I know all the ins and outs of lashing. Your artist may be a kind girl. But .. your lashes are more important. I was so happy and excited to do lashes when I learned years ago. And they always looked great but it's not easy to make them look great and stay looking great AND stay healthy. If you see anyone lesser than a professional you are asking for infections and pain. You CANNOT risk your health for a price. And honestly in the world of lashes the lash bar is the best quality vs price I've ever seen. I decided I was in the lash game for the long haul, so my natural lashes had to be in it for the long haul too. Well luckily Ashley Marzelek has kept my lashes long, thick, healthy, pain free and SAFE. Flawless of course . The only problem is it takes one month to get adjusted to the weight and feel of the lashes. After that you don't realize they're not yours! I could not suggest Ashley more I honestly would be dumb to leave. I tried to leave for a cheaper price once (aka a nail salon ) the money I saved was not worth the pain and aggravation I had to remove them it was horrible!
