I don't know if the glue and lashes have changed to cheapen the cost but something has! They don't just start to fall out , out of the blue after a few days! I am shocked that money is more Important to the owner than retaining her long time loyal customer! I will find a place to spend my $ that actually cares!!! To tell a customer " you can come in and pay $75 to have them fixed is absurd! My Response: I already told you I was going elsewhere Lauren. If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. That policy is nowhere on your site , and it's not like the tech doesn't get a tip etc, I've offered to pay she said " no worries" . But to want to charge $85 in between 2 week lash appointments for lashes that just start falling out is just ridiculous! I've paid 400$ for lashes that weren't close to this good and I've paid 25$ for lashes and you get what you pay for. I know all the ins and outs of lashing. Your artist may be a kind girl. But .. your lashes are more important. I was so happy and excited to do lashes when I learned years ago. And they always looked great but it's not easy to make them look great and stay looking great AND stay healthy. If you see anyone lesser than a professional you are asking for infections and pain.
