I scheduled an eyelash lift with Mollie for the next morning. The studio is located right off of the highway in a building with other offices and there is plenty of parking space. The procedure was very quick (approx. 30 mins) and painless! I am surprised and happy with the results because I have short and straight Asian lashes. I came here for this first time yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed. It was super easy and convenient to book an appointment through the online system. Taryn texted me before the appointment to let me know due to COVID she's allowing one person in at a time and that she'd text me when she was ready for me to come up (she also has this all laid on on her website). She was ready for me right on time and the studio itself is so cute and clean! Taryn herself is really personable and easy to talk to. My first time in the studio was for my trial - first impressions: this place is super cozy, well decorated and I love all of the mermaid touches. I ended up buying a Groupon for 3 facials, which I was so excited to use! The second time I came to Sirena was for my very first facial, which happened to be with Mollie. The facial was great and Mollie recommended a SkinScript cleanser and moisturizer to prep my skin for the wedding. After my first facial, I booked an appointment for another one, also with Mollie. The day of, I get a message from Mollie asking if I was going to come to my appointment- I totally mixed up the times and felt awful! I asked if 30mins was enough time for a facial and she said it would honestly be a waste of my Groupon and she suggested to re-book, so that's what I did. My next booking was with Madison. I got out of work at 430, grabbed dinner and figured I'd make it there with a few minutes to spare before my 630 appointment... but there were two accidents on I-93, coming from Somerville. I messaged Madison a half hour (before my scheduled time) and asked if we could change the time to 7pm instead. She said yes. When I got there, I apologized several times and she told me it was seriously okay! She was so sweet and highly knowledgeable. After having my eyebrows destroyed by another salon that I won't name, and waiting 10 months for them to even slightly begin to grow back, I booked an appointment with Taryn at Sirena. I told her my situation during the appointment and she worked her magic with brow tinting and strategic waxing & tweezing. My brows look better than they have in a long time and they continue to improve with every visit. I won't let anyone else touch them anymore. I've also had a lash lift which was super relaxing and came out awesome. The location is perfect- plenty of parking and the studio is decorated to be really welcoming and cozy.
