During this pandemic, it's tough keeping the household from getting cabin fever...we've decided to dust off the ole mountain bikes and get back on the streets and trails. He was responsive and was able to pick up my bikes same day, and even returned them in his truck. Jordan rode up to my school on his bike to pass out his business cards. My daughter has an electric bike that she has had so many problems with. She had taken it to another shop, but she continued to have problems. She rides her bike to work, so this was a HUGE concern. We made arrangements for Jordan to pick the bike up from her and fix it while she was on vacation. He was able to get it fixed and she told me that she feels so much better riding a bike that isn't making all kinds of unidentified noises and actually has working brakes! Jordan, last year was very down to earth and helpful. I tuned 4 bikes with him and gave a great review. This year, I had a bicycle accident. All I wanted from him was an invoice with parts and labor articulated. Jordan simply refused to cooperate. He sent me few emails with parts only. For labor he directed me to direct the adjuster to an XLS spreadsheet. Not sure what happened within a span of one year. These days, he can only pickup and deliver i.e. I cannot drop the bikes. He charges for the pickup and dropoffs. More business makes nice people intransigent and uncooperative, I suppose. While he didn't give me what I wanted - a simple invoice, he was "kind" enough to offer to refer me to a Chripractor. Greedy young man!!! read more

Jordan is a nice guy, but I wouldn't bring my bike back. Jordan works out of his gated apartment, so it was difficult to arrange to drop my bike off. There aren't regular hours like a typical shop. And the tune up didn't address the issue that my daughter was having - frequently dropped chain. After paying over $100, the chain did exactly the same thing when we got it back. I took it to a regular bike shop, and they quickly diagnosed that the hanger was bent on the derailleur, and they fixed it. No more dropping. read more
