I am from LA and the drive out here was pretty rough but the service I received from Martin, not me haha was fantastic. He rolled out the bike and gave me a thorough run down of all the components and answered any questions I had. He explained in detail how to maintain the bicycle such as oiling the chains after XX amount of mileage. Not thrilled with the service I received. Purchased an E-bike from them and it went down hill from there. I dropped the bike and it needed some repairs. They had it for over two months waiting for parts. Turns out the part they we're waiting for was the headlamp‍. Do ya think they could have given the bike back so I could ride it while they we're waiting for the light? When I got the bike back they had installed new pedals after I told them I already had a set, they removed theres and still wanted to charge me for the installation. Purchased a bike bag to go on the back rack. Couldn't install it because they had the bike for repair. When I finely got the bike back the bag and rack weren't compatible, and wouldn't take the bag back because it had been so long. One big cluster after another. read more

Went in to check out bikes for my seven year old. The selection for kids wasn't much, but I have a tall kid so it did not matter cause her selection would be the extra small in women. We were assisted by Alex and he was awesome, super friendly, and had an enthusiastic attitude! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bicycles and his recommendations about what would be best for my daughter. If it wasn't for my daughter being so tall and most likely outgrowing that bike quickly I would have liked to buy a bike for her there. My son just spent a fortune and when we brought the bike back because the gears are not working right we were treated like crap, at the door they do not have the best procedure on waiting due to Corvid! The associate at the door is doing multiple things like installing a hitch for a guests and when a customer walks in he stomps over to say to come outside! He doesn't say Hi and No procedures or signs are visible for customers to read or see Only the one on door that is propped open! With the price of bikes so high and apparently they are selling many a day you would thinks they would have 3 or more associates working and treating there customers much better!! One of the biggest Giant dealers here in SoCal. Great service and communication with my preorder for a 2021 Trance 3 29ner. The shop is very Covid safe and limits up to 5 customers into the shop at a time. With all the Covid craziness in the world right now affecting the supply/demand for bicycles, took about 7 weeks to receive my new bike. They were able to setup my suspension-sag as well as install the pedals that I brought in to complete everything. All their bikes also come with a free tune up within 90 days of purchase. Hated the service here, I understand there are rules during this quarantine but shouting at us because our son came into the store breaking there 2 person per group rule, can someone explain that rule too?? I should have came in with one of my kids and had my husband come in separately and pretended we weren't related, this place got me in a serious bad mood and I couldn't decide on what bike to purchase so I just left my husband shopping alone. The representative basically said I don't know all the points are gone I don't know what to do about that period then when my just over one year old 4 $4000 ebikes rear sproket brokeThey wanted to send my bike to San Diego to diagnose it when we knew it was a broken sprocket. I asked if they could find out if parts were available due to covid and they said no they have to send it to San Diego. Why would I send my bike to San Diego to wait 3 weeks if they don't have the part?? During covid parts were very scarce and it made absolutely no sense for me to send my bike away for 3 weeks not knowing if the part was available which it was not. Here for over an hour and spent almost 2,000k on a "New" electric bike. After check out and spending the money as I'm walking out the door the salesman notifies me that the bike is not new, is an older outdated model and has over 400 miles on the bike. They offered me a 100$ discount on a bike that is only worth 25% of the price. I believe this was done intentionally and the company has used bikes being advertised as new bikes. If this bike didn't have a built in odemeter they would have sold it to me as new when it was not. Never shop here. Buyer beware. Will be notifying the other shops in the area so they can warn customers about these unethical business practices. read more

Nicole was quick to greet me and listen to my riding intentions and concerns. Even as a leisurely novice who only recently considered quality products, I didn't sense any sales pressure nor a smidgen of the smug attitude I experienced at other specialty shops. When I came back two days later, the price changed on the bike I was interested, but she honored the previous sale during the purchase. Both her and Brian have been more than helpful in answering questions about the bikes, trails, and maintenance. They carry an extensive array of Giant and Liv bicycles from cruisers to mountain to road to hybrids, as well as cycling gear, apparel, and accessories. For bike racks and such, they carry Thule, and will even take the time to help you install the carrier and bikes on your vehicle. If you get a bike from them, the first tune-up is free. I was due recently for mine, and the drop off and turnaround was just as seamless as the purchase. The company also has product demos and monthly maintenance clinics if you're really serious about keeping your investment in check. My husband and I took our sons bike in today and the customer service was appalling! When I was talking to the manager, the sales associates walked to the back of the store behind me, when speaking to the manager regarding some misinformation the associate had given me, the manager quite rudely said..."He is doing the best he can!" I said "oookk" and turned to walk to my husband when the manager RUDELY and ABRUPTLY walked past me grabbed the bike from the stand and said you can take it and leave! I turned to him and said not until I check w my husband because I don't understand exactly what he needs done. At the point he figured out I was w my husband his attitude softened slightly...which pissed me off more. Mind you my husband was in the front of the store taking a phone call and did not know how inappropriate and aggressive, the manager had acted towards me.. I had driven by this store for many years but I thought they were a mountain bike store but I sopped by hoping that I can get an better understanding of Electric bikes. Thank God I did! I met the Dali Lama of Electric bike, Raymond. He took the time to explain all the benefits of the various electric bikes and listened and addressed my concerns and then had me test ride his Aventon line of bikes. I came back the same day with my wife and then he did it all over again. I was going to buy an electric bike from Amazon but ended up gladly buying 2 bikes from Ray and now we cannot wait to get them fitted for us and get riding. Gone down the drain! Service is the worst when dealing with COVID-19. Waited in line for 30 minutes because they had reached max limit of 5. Then a family of 4 walks out and they tell me I still can't go in because they have 9 people inside and they're trying to get it down to 5 per "store policy" Frustrating to say the least. read more
