I brought clear reference photos of what I wanted, yet the final result was far from what I expected. The lines were uneven, not straight, and didn't match on either side -- something you absolutely don't want when it comes to your face. Liz, the technician and owner, spent a lot of time talking about herself and her family, which was distracting and unprofessional during a service that requires precision and attention to detail. It became very clear that despite her claims of being an expert, her work did not reflect that level of skill. This experience was frustrating and disheartening.
