I wish I would've got the extraction service they post on IG when I went. I was told "I'm alone and I wasn't expecting so many walk in clients" but meanwhile they called me to schedule an appointment & I didn't get extractions done . I was told to go to my dermatologist because that's not acne. Meanwhile at Schweiger Dermatology I was told it was pustular acne which the dermatologist extracted themselves. I'm reluctant to return. They have ZERO integrity, accountability & lack of professionalism. If you post a comment on IG that they don't like they'll delete your comment & block you. To me that speaks LOUDLY. read more

I have been a regular at perfect image for some time now and have Also referred friends who have been very pleased with the services I am very picky about my eyebrow being that they are so thin and will only do them here the girls are very friendly and treat u like more then just a customer they are. I went for a facial a few months ago and was excited to support a women-owned business. I waited almost 1 hour after my appointment. I wish I can say it was worth the wait but it was not. The facial itself was very eh. And hearing people's conversations from employees and clients while getting a facial at a place that has a "spa" in it was not what I expected. They did offer me a discount for the wait. read more

I called to make an appt. and they said if I came in right away they would be able to fit me in. I was pretty happy about that. The lady that did my eyebrows was very nice...BUT she didn't listen to anything I said before she started. I wanted to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted. I told her I wanted to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible and yes I wanted them tinted but not too dark. When I looked at my eyebrows after she was done they were way too thin and also short. I spent 2 1/2 months growing out my eyebrows all for her to mess them up in five minutes. Per her request she even took a before and after picture with my phone. When I looked at the pictures I knew that she knew she messed up because she took the before of my left eyebrow and the after was my right eyebrow. They one that came out better of course. I would not go back! read more

She took videos and pictures without asking for my permission and then posted it on her stories after i told her i was unhappy with the work she did on me before i left her business. Basically insult to injury. Worse experience ever. Now i have to pay more $$$$ to get them removed. I had consultations at other shops to see about fixing it and they even said theres no way to fix it other than removal because they are 2 totally different shapes. Waiting to get them lasered....and for the refund she said she will give me....that was over a month ago....because she was on vacation....guess she needs the money more than i do‍her excuse now is that she doesnt have to give me a refund because im suppose to come in for a touch up. Oh and she doesnt have the money because she has rent to pay.....meanwhile she's vacationing -talk about priorities. Im telling you shes delusional. Shes crazy to think i will let her touch my face again. 0 stars. Do not recommend. She seems nice at 1st but dont be fooled. She doesnt take constructive criticism well and has no empathy. She just wants ur money. Simple and sad. Youve been warned!!! Anyways I had to show her where she needed to fix it to make my brows look even. She did my brows thin. Literally everything I asked her not to do she did. Remy even asked if the acrylic I already had on my nails glowed in the dark to ensure that she matched the acrylic colors perfectly . She did that. & the fill-in was only $45 which is less expensive than my actual nail tech (she's worth her pricing tho).

I wanted to do chrome on top of my gel manicure and again they don't offer it here. My nails turned out decent. I guess if you want a no frills easy manicure it's good. It cost me $45 plus tip. Usually gel manicure costs $35 but they charged me $10 to take my SNS powder off.

Honestly, for the price and quality, I can see myself coming back whenever I need my eyebrows done!

My sister in law went to this spot with a friend to get her eyebrows done. When she told me about this place I was a little worried about it because it has one not so good review but I saw how nice my sister in laws eyebrows looked I called to make a appointment and check them out. Once I got to Perfect Image, the two ladies that work there were very welcoming. I did a facial and eyebrows with tint on them. I had the most soothing facial that it almost made me fall asleep. The lady had gentle hands and my eyebrows were looking better then what I imagine. The same person that did my facial also did my eyebrows. She asked me how I wanted them to look. I told her and she did her magic. She did not make them thin, she did them perfect for my liking. Perfect Image have lots of more service they provide. Not only facials or eyebrows. They also do permanent makeup, teeth whitening and much more for great prices. I'm definitely recommending people to Perfect Image and I'm going to continue coming here. I want to say thank you Perfect Image for making this Facial experience not painful. I left feeling like my skin was lighter, cleaner, than after any wash, cream, or treatment I had used before.
