This place is really good but it used to be better. I used to come here specifically fir the macaroons because you could taste all the flavors. Like if you got a lemon you could taste the REAL lemon flavor. And it was like this for all of them pistachio, passion fruit, even rose and they were all amazing. But idk what happened? Last time I went o got my macaroons as one does and they were sub par if that. They inside didn't have they tasty macaroon filling instead it tasted like they filled it with jelly/jam and I get some flavors that may be ok but not everything. I also got the rose flavored one and I couldn't even taste the rose? All I tasted was the sugar and the filling which is fine is that's what you prefer.... their other pastries are really good(reason why it's only 3 stars) I would highly recommend their pop tarts which from what I remember were really good. I haven't had one since it's recent new management. (I think that's what happened I don't really know hahah) things just taste different so something changed lol read more

Poor customer service and their online ordering system is messy and horrible. I entered an order to be pick up in 2/14/22, (a Monday) just to find out that day they were closed. They call me the next day to pick up my order otherwise they would throw it away. I asked for a refund to the manager , she tells me she will call me back, she does not. I'm so glad I found about this bakery, it's amazing! Staff there is so friendly and helpful. The inside is beautiful, small but has ample space for tables and seating. Their pastries are AMAZING! I highly recommend their macaroons, they are super yummy!! My favorite was their rose macaroon, literally tastes like a rose! Yum yum yum!! I didn't like their pecan macaroon whatsoever though.. but their other macaroons were good! In addition, we had their cream puffs. And OMG they were heavenly! The cream inside them was so good. Light, not too sweet, and it was just perfect! Mmm mmm! Highly recommend the cream puff. Being our first visit here we were given a free pastry and a punch card, that allows you to get a free pastry whenever you complete all the punches on your card. Overall, pastries are delicious! Stop by with my niece to have a cup of joe n pastry n visit with her n relax n chat for a bit. It was hardly that. Although I see a children's play area for kids entertainment, there were 2 kids screaming n literally running as if they were out in the play ground, completely out of control. They ran to the area where bathrooms are at n would flicker the lights on n off constantly n run back screaming n running. These kids even went back into the area where you order n pay. I wish I could give this place more but over the past 2 years there's been too many complications with pre orders. Do not get me wrong they have a nice spread of various items but when you preorder and it is incorrect multiple times....then it makes you go other places...it was good when it lasted but I wouldn't recommend this place with such mediocre service read more

Met up with a friend that wanted to try this place just as much as I did and let me tell you it did not disappoint one bit! I had a fresh hot flaky croissant and my daughter picked out this beautiful raspberry cake it was so tiny and cute! It also tasted very good! Had a cup of basic coffee and even that was delicious and fresh. It was so nice to chat with my friend while our kids got to play with the giant chalk board and toys. Was driving to get a few cigars and saw some food places, so I came over to be nosey and WHAT A BAKERY o_0. Back home, we have a few bakeries and this would fit right in. But where are the people, why aren't people here. A spacious shop with an awesome display of baked goods, but during the week they are limited because of the lack of customers, come on El Paso y'all are sleeping on this. Took me a minute to decide what to get because everything looked awesome. Got the apple monkey bread and a blueberry scone and let me just say.....it had some blueberries in there, like a handful but Andre the giant's hands because...overload. I also saw the French press and had to get a cup of coffee. The monkey bread had nice crispy edges and tender inside, perfect and the scone I can't say enough about it. The whole time I'm here, nobody came in which is a shame. Of course the customer service was perfect but I'm the only yahoo here. I wish I found this place earlier in my trip :-( . If you're looking for a great bakery get here. I'm sure some people will think it's expensive but quality usually isn't cheap, if you want cheap stuff go to wallyworld, but if you want great pastries come here. read more

The tartlets with fresh berries and a tube that has a passion fruit syrup is amazing and the macaroons come in several different flavors, to include rose, coffee, vanilla and even pumpkin during Thanksgiving. We recently stopped by our favorite El Paso bakery on our way back from Los Angeles. Our croissants here were hands-down better than any we had in LA, even at some very high-fallutin' pastry shops. Bella Cora's have that perfect balance of moist, buttery and flaky. Their other pastries and cookies are heavenly too. El Paso is so lucky to have such an exceptional bakery. A special bonus: their eastside location has a nice little kid area so parents can enjoy their pastries and lick chocolate off their fingers relatively alone. read more

So, yesterday I had the chance to attend the Macaron Baking Class at Belle Sucre Bakery East, and it was awesome! I had been a big fan of the bakery for quite some time and was thrilled when the owner decided to start offering classes. I've never made macarons before, but had always heard how tricky and difficult they were to make. I was up for the challenge ! All the students had their own equipment to use and everything was set up and ready go. The instructor, the man (bakery owner) himself, first demonstrated how to make a batch of macaron cookies before letting all of us loose to make our own batches. He was great at explaining the process and emphasized what steps were important and why. He continuously checked on everyone's progress and assisted when needed. While the cookies were in the oven, the Chef demonstrated a few different fillings and we all made our own Italian buttercream, all the while he was able to provide us with invaluable tips and tricks he had learned on his own macaron making journey. At the end of the class, we got to take home all the macarons we had made, plus 10 more from the bakery's assortment. The class is not cheap, and some may think quite pricey, HOWEVER, you do walk away with solid and tried recipes and all the tips and tricks that will save you lots of time trying to make these finicky treat on your own. It's money well spent and totally worth it! I highly recommend this class and am hoping to attend another one soon. Thank you for the great experience! read more

Today was the worst day I have had in a long time. I am normally an optimistic person, but today I no longer had it in me. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months. Today I took a test only to find out it was negative again. I was devastated. I spent the first few hours of the morning crying. I then pulled myself together and went to a VBS meeting at my church. On my way home I had to drive pass this little bakery and I thought I'd give it a try. I had been there before with a friend and loved it. As I walked in I was greeted and my questions were kindly answered. I got a snicker s'mores tort and left. All day I thought about the people I interacted with and for a bad day, it was a good day. Of all the nice people I had crossed paths with this place had the best people. They gave me thier time and patience. The girl who helped me went the extra mile and gave me a pastry and a little bit of hope. Thank you. I will definitely be back with my friends in the future. read more
