They also attempted to charge us for services above the contracted amount with Delta Dental which is not allowed by the carrier. The doctor looked at my x-rays and said I did not need a bone graft, just the deep cleaning and root planing. Quite literally everyone in this office is kind, compassionate and empathetic. They are patient and understanding and funny. During the route planning, I have to listen to very loud music and sometimes, it may not be the most appropriate lyrics but it gets my mind off of what's going on in my mouth. Dr Mells told me that she heard every single word. Oops! But I promise you, if you are afraid of the dentist, this practice is awesome.
