The people in this place never want to work. It feels like they're always rushing and somehow always find something to be wrong with you. I've been burned on the lip as they where doing my fillings and nothing was said about it, they have also full on touched a nerve in my tooth and when I literally jumped from the pain they told me that they thought it was a cavity when it clearly was a hole in the tooth. Said hole being there because one of their previous fillings had fully fallen off. I'm still dealing with the consequences of coming to this dentist. Would not recommend!! read more

0stars made a appointment show up to appointment they don't have me on file. This happens 2 different occasions. Dentist showed up a hour late. The second time she didn't bother to come in so they send us to the child dentist who did a really horrible job fillings have already fallen out. Another time the dentist kept poking my daughter's gums soon as we got in the car she started crying I wish she would have told me inside. This office is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! When the appointment was made I specifically asked for the specialist that was on the insurance information provided. When my daughter got there she sat there for an hour without being seen then they proceeded to try to change her insurance over just for her to see a specialist. I asked for an office manager who was very rude and said it was a misunderstanding and she could be seen by the person they had who was not the specialist requested. They wanted to provide unnecessary services when my daughter specifically needed a periodontist which they do not have. The staff was very rude the wait was very long & they tried to change the insurance to improperly bill it after my daughter still was not seen for the problem she came in. The one thing I don't like about this place is the wait time. I've brought my two children here the past three years and EVERY single time we wait at least one hour before they get taken back. The wait time is crazy high. Their work is decent but I don't know if I can get past their wait time anymore. Seriously considering switching to a different dentist. read more

I'm not sure how anyone can legitimately rate this place 5 star. Walking in it looks someone had champagne tastes on a Bud Light budget. The lobby is gigantic with an gaudy swimming pool sized water fountain that's now drained and empty. There's a smattering of mismatched and dilapidated fake leather sofas. All of which are cracked, peeling and many are collapsed so if you sit, you suddenly sink 10 inches. Sitting on a sofas that were pulled out from under a bridge is hardly the problem. Our appointment to pull a loose baby tooth took 2 HOURS with duplicate X-rays and answering the same questions over and over. If you have insurance, look elsewhere because I've NEVER experienced something like this before in my life. If you don't have a choice, then I'm very sorry and please pack a big bag of patience. read more

Came in for a simple fill-in and didn't disinfect my tooth causing tooth infection which ended up with me having to lose two permanent teeth. A year later we are still working on the same procedure currently have a temporary crown which was not sized right causing major toothache and swelling in the gums and constant bleeding & the 2.5 hour wait after my appointment didn't make it any better. If I can give them no starts I would! After paying fully in cash for my sons braces they told him when he will have them removed arrived at his appointment time at 10 and they didn't take it off, without any explanation. After inquiring why I'm told due to insurance Not paying their portion yet I don't know if it was sent in wrong for payment or if it was done incorrectly at insurance quite frankly idc so they decide to hold us hostage even though we meet all requirements on our part and insurance stated they would pay they just need to resubmit the claim!!! My other children will find a different dentist to go to going forward and have their braces placed somewhere else and I suggest if your reading this you do the same. Between never being seen on time and the unprofessionalism of the front end I can't wait to be done with this office. They will force you to do what they like not what you want. If you want regular cleaning they will not do it,they will neglect your request and force you to do deep cleaning or no service at all. The one I go to now is so knowledgeable friendly gives you tips how to care for your teeth listens to you I could go on and on never once they came in and bothered me about insurance or signing up I was free to give them what I have at my own convenience I'm sooo glad I chose not to sign up, they told me I need surgery in order to extract one tooth I need to extract 2 since the wisdom tooth was under gum I'll be charged 2,000 and if I sign up Now just now the deal running tomorrow too late. I'll pay 1800. The other dentist took out the teeth for 150 without removing the wisdom that does not bother me at all. Horrible service at the mason location at Katy TX. Waited about 30 minutes (usually I wait over an hour) to be seen with an appointment (no one was there so they cannot claim they were behind). Staff was just standing around talking. When I was finally called back I was told that the orthodontist does not come on the day I was present (the whole point of my visit) but I could get my son's six month check up. So then after getting his teeth cleaned I was told he needed a couple of sealants which I then asked would I be responsible for anything because my insurance covers preventative care free of charge? Personnel after checking my insurance assured me that it was covered. After leaving the office and arriving at home I get a call from the dental office that I did not pay my copay and of course I stated no one charged a copay first of all and second there is no fees or copay for check ups thru my insurance. Well it turns out the sealants were not part of the preventative care even though I was told it was covered. There was NO consistency between the staff! Every time I talked to someone it was a different answer! I have no problem paying just tell me how it is upfront not after. read more

I have been to this location twice and it was awful. My kids appointment was at 9am and they where not called in until 11am. We finally got out of there at 2pm on a Saturday. There is only one dentist and they always overbook. The office managers and the assistance where dressed like they where going to a club with about 6 inch heals that they could not even walk on. The dentist is nice but when she finally started working on my daughters teeth her equipment kept malfunctioning. It was so frustrating especially because they where so unorganized. DO NOT!!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! It is one of the worst dentists I've ever been to. My son was referred to this dentist but my out of pocket paying orthodontist for teeth extractions. I'm a pretty thorough person when it comes to getting check ups or ensuring medical care is in tact. From when I walked in the front desk staff had us wait about 45 minutes to an hour before being seen. Thereafter, the dentist stated she couldn't perform the treatment for my son and he needed to go to an oral surgeon. Once I got back up to the front desk, the woman scheduling my son's return visit stated they had a dentist on staff who could perform the treatment. I explained that I thought the dentist he just saw stated they couldn't and was going to refer me to someone else. The receptionist indicated they had someone on staff and that he had to come in for another consultation next week. I explained why would I keep coming back if it can't be done. Is there anyway they can find out ahead of time if it could be done and give me a call and I can look for another dentist. She said she would check with the Dr. and call me back. I heard nothing back. I finally called them back around 4 days later. The front desk staff stated the surgeon was coming in that day and would look at his x-rays and give us a call later that day. NO CALL! Finally I called back the following day. The front office staff stated he needs to come in for a consultation in order for them to determine what he can do. I stated why when they told me the surgeon would look at it yesterday and call me back now you're telling me he needs to come back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF. RUDE! I've been there a couple of times and I never had a great experience but it is close to my house so I stuck with in, the last 3 visits have been a disaster. I made an appointment for my daughter, I got 2 calls before it, one 20 minutes before to make sure I was going to be there. I took time off work to come in, after waiting for a little over 1 hour I was told the dentist was too tired to see my daughter, after a little bit of fussing on my part, they agreed to send her in only to be told by the dentist herself she didn't have time to do the work on my daughter. I sent my 16 yr old daughter again a week later after I called in to make sure everything was ok and I asked twice about her insurance, wanting to make sure everything was ready for her, the person answering the phone assured me everything was fine and that she had made sure her visit was covered, my daughter showed up and she was told she needed to pay because her insurance was not active. I went back to see what had happened the next day and all I was told was, 'oh, we called the wrong number', no apology, no concern of other people's time, no consideration, no basic manners. read more
