Bella Domani truly made our wedding unforgettable. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond for our 185 guests, and we cannot express how thankful we are for their incredible service. We had an outdoor open bar during cocktail hour, and their staff transitioned everything seamlessly into the indoor bar for the reception--our guests didn't miss a beat. The appetizers were delicious, the food was outstanding, and every drink was made perfectly. The well oiled machines and beautifully organization kept the night moving smoothly, and we never once had to worry about a thing. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail. Recently attended a Celebration of Life at this establishment in Syracuse. Easy to find off Taft Road, parking is plentiful. Very clean, bathrooms were spotless, and place appeared well kept and modern. Dining Hall was very nice, food hot & fresh, and servers were very gracious, and kind during the service. What really made it exceptional is the service was from 12:00-3:00 but several people arrived late yet the staff still stayed on and took care of them. Bella Domani was the caterer for my daughter's wedding in Manilus, NY. We had only a recommendation from an employee of Bella Domani to go by. We had never attended any of their functions before. I am writing to tell you that it was the best experience we could have asked for. Maxine was great to work with and the crew that catered that day were wonderful. The venue was Camp Brockway at Pratt's Falls State Park. They helped with setting up tables and brought in chairs for around the tables. The linens were clean and perfectly set up. We choose to do the Buffett Stations which were spread comfortably around the room. To top it off the food was exquisite! I received so many compliments from the guests about the food and there was plenty of it. In fact, the crew packaged the leftovers and my daughter's in-laws were able to take it home. Wow. All I have to say is wow. We've had several events recently where we've used Bella domanis for catering and eat in. The first was for my wedding back in September. We didn't order much, and I regret that very much. We got garlic mashed potatoes and an antipasto salad and they were both amazing. Next, 8 months later, we had my baby shower in their facility. It was incredible. The waitstaff was very attentive and helpful, the food was out of this world (we did the light lunch option), and the tables themselves were beautifully decorated. Thirdly we used Bella domanis for my sisters bridal shower at green lakes. We ordered all the food from them including mashed potatoes, antipasto, chicken, beef sandwiches, rolls, penne with vodka sauce, green beans, and eggplant Parmesan. Everything was incredible. Their food was seriously amazing. I couldn't stop eating the vodka sauce. Not to mention they delivered it promptly, set up quickly, and arrived to break it down on time. Their staff was professionally dressed even just to drop off the food. Their equipment was in great shape, just overall such a nice experience. They had WONDERFUL deals on renting their linens as well for our tables. I will probably never have another event catered by anyone else. read more

I dine weekly at BD for the last 5 years. Their staff is fantastic - they know exactly what I prefer to drink (2 hot teas) and have it ready right away! Went here for the Thanksgiving Buffet, and it was wonderful. There was a large variety of foods and deserts. All of the food was hot and tasted great!!! This is the first year that we have gone out for dinner and it was a perfect choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always there to ask if you wanted more to drink or to clear the used plates with a smile. My only regret is that I got full! read more

HORRIBLE. My wedding was cancelled 8 months in advance and they refused to refund my deposit. They did absolutely nothing and rebooked the date but refused to return my money. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I attended an event here and received an incredibly rude response from a chef when I asked a simple question regarding my food allergy. If you have a food allergy, heads up that the staff is less than interested in answering your question and will even be rude in their reply. I would not recommend Bella Domani to anyone. read more

We had Easter Brunch there. The staff was great, very personable and attentive. The food left a lot to be desired. The waffles, pastries, and almost all desserts were packaged (store bought - not made in house). Some of the other Buffet food was also packaged. There was a line through the restaurant for the buffet - very uncomfortable to be sitting with people standing over back entire meal. Maybe 2 food stations??? And, to charge extra for juice?? We will look for other options in the future. read more
