It was foul, like something had died in there. And if that wasn't bad enough, there was an entire colony of roaches roaming around. I was disgusted and scared to touch anything. Several massive cracks were poorly filled with caulking. Stains on the sheets, and the office chair was filled with disgusting white stains. There was also a massive gap under the door that was clearly visible to the outside. Property manager tried to grab me during our altercation regarding a refund due to the poorly maintained room. This all was escalated by asking for a simple room change. Property manager also is a scammer. He "accidentally" charged me an additional $66 which is half of what I paid for the room. He then proceeded to "refund" me that "accidental" charge of the $66 and proceeded to "refund" me the $66 that he initially agreed to refund me. I left the property and a few hours later I checked my bank account and it showed two pending charges of $66 being taken out of my account. Attempted to call local PD in regards to a scam/fraud. They did nothing.

Once again the staff was very good. ended up sleeping on one of the child sized towels to cover the stain on the sheet. didn't realize that they still had smoking rooms in California but there were 2 ashtrays in the room. not sure if it was cigarettes or weed.

First room given was 325 where the toilet was not working. Paula was able to assist and move my family to room 416 facing the pool. Both rooms toilet paper rolls were reaching the end of the roll. There is a shuttle offered to Disneyland. Parking free for the first car. Breakfast included, we did not try it. There is a store downstairs where you can purchase items for Disneyland backpacks etc.

However, it doesn't give the sense that it's on a college campus at all. Service overall here is great and they were very friendly at check-in. They were quick to tell me to make sure I did not pay for parking even though it said to in the small parking garage as that's included in the actual hotel rate. The room itself is quiet and comfortable, and I didn't notice much if any sound from others around me. I would say that the lobby and bar/dining area. Do get fairly busy in the evening and seemed pretty full at breakfast as well but that just must mean that the food and drinks are good. I personally didn't get a chance to try them but based on the traffic, I'll say it's worth go. The one downside of this location is that when you are leaving, you can't actually exit directly onto the street. You wanna get out on. You have to go out the front parking lot turn right and then pull a U-turn to get back onto the road. It's a minor inconvenience, but one that you aren't expecting the first time you leave and then just have to remember to factor in an extra few minutes if you're in a rush somewhere. Overall, I think this is a great option for staying in the area and one that I will definitely be utilizing again when travels take me back this way.

It's pretty unprofessional but I try not to complain and be grateful I can lay my head somewhere... nonetheless it's NOT terrible, just not ideal. The workers get upset if you ask for any requests.
