I'm shocked that Samantha T. had such a horrible time with Deanne. While Deanne wasn't the most reponsive person (sometimes, I had to email a few times before getting a response), but she always went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. I got two samples (first one not what I wanted, second one closer), and the actual wedding day was absolutely perfect! My bouquet was exactly what I wanted, and the bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful. I received invoices with all the correct notes a few weeks before the wedding. I'm not giving five stars as I did tell Deanne that my little flower girl was small for her age, so please don't make the pommander too big. The poor girl was lugging/dragging that thing around. HOWEVER, the pommander was BEAUTIFUL, and my neice was carrying it around for days after! I recommend Deanne as she does do AMAZING work. However, make sure you start the process early with her as florists are not mind readers and you'll have to have several iterations so that they can get your arrangements correct. I planned my wedding from afar, so I did not have time to shop around. I paid a premium with Bella Fiore, but at the end of the day, it was worth it, especially since she works my with venue on a regular basis. read more

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Deanne and Bella Fiore. I put a lot of faith into her because I know very little about flowers and what I wanted in floral design. I didn't really give her much direction except my colors (jewel tones) and that I wanted to use peacock feathers since peacocks were wild in Palos Verdes where I was married. What she came back with was more beautiful than I could have even imagined. My wedding was at La Venta, where multiple weddings take place every weekend and even my coordinator, Kelly, said it was so nice to see something unique. My budget was certainly modest for flowers but Deanne worked wonders. I felt so comfortable from the beginning with her, even when she had a baby and took a couple months off. She was responsive to me when I emailed but I didn't send too many and think I was pretty low-maintenance as a bride. Still, Deanne delivered and it was incredible. read more

I hired Deanne because she was local, had worked at our wedding venue & I liked her energy. Unfortunately she disregarded my requests and executed her vision for my wedding and not mine. This was not only disappointing but caused quite a bit of stress prior to walking down the isle. There were many specifics she ignored, one example was the groom's boutonniere. I asked for an ivory rose and provided a picture of a tasteful, masculine looking boutonniere. She dropped of a pink peony instead and my husband hated it! She also forgot boutonnieres for the two fathers and the corsage for my husband's 101 yr. old grandmother! My MOH & coordinater had to quickly make these by cutting flowers from the centerpieces and wrapping them in ribbon from presents. My mother's corsage was so top heavy it fell apart shortly after the ceremony and she ended up just taking it off. I had requested 2 pillars covered in ivory fabric to be at the front of the isle with small arrangements on them. I offered to provide the fabric but Deanne assured me that she had it. On the day of there was no fabric on the pillars, they were made out what looked like wood scraps and completely exposed. I was horrified! All photos taken during our vows have these in the background and they are not pretty. Deanne later told me that she thought I would appreciate the "rustic wood" look! My bouquet was pretty but NOT what I requested. I asked for pink garden roses and peonies & gave her two photos that I loved. She dropped off a mostly ivory bouquet with roses and dahlias. She had seen the dahlias at the flower market amd thought they would look great in my bouquet so just used those instead. That was her vision, not mine. I could go on and on, but will wrap this up by saying DO NOT HIRE Deanne if you want YOUR ideas excuted and everything to show up. read more

Bella Fiore was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, Trini at Nozza studio. After our photographer, this was our next wedding vendor to meet. And we didn't need to meet any other florists after this - Deanne's energy and fun attitude were exactly the type of "feeling" we were looking for at our wedding, and we knew her personality would show in all the flower creations she would put together for our day. Working with Deanne was really fun. I love big flowers, like: zinnias, peonies, spider mums, bells of ireland, and ...the list goes on and on. After sharing all of this with Deanne (who took amazing notes), as well as notes on the colors, she developed my first sample. She worked with me to sort through the flowers that she used, and we fine tuned the list to get it much closer to what I would like for the wedding. She even made me a second sample to confirm that she knew exactly what I was looking for! Two weeks before the wedding, we went over the order list and made some changes (our wedding count went from 100 to 140, so we had a few changes to be made). Deanne was very helpful in coming up with creative ways to add more, and yet add little to the overall budget. I will always be grateful for her help in these last minute details. The day of the wedding, it was clear that we had the perfect florist. Deanne and her team at Bella Fiore made my favorite flowers into beautiful wedding displays, table displays, and miscellaneous cheery floral touches throughout the ceremony site and reception area. Our flowers were gorgeous, and how she built the displays were even better. Mason jars hanging from the chairs at the ceremony site, rose petals lining the aisle in the perfect shades of pink and orange, and our bouquets were absolutely beautiful. Bella Fiore was amazing. I have to say that I'm truly surprized by the comments on this page... I hired Deanne to do all the florals for my wedding and everything turned out perfectly AND she was able to work on such a tight budget when no other florist would without adding tons of "fillers" and baby's breath to everything...... If there where any problems, she would fix them immediately and I always received responses back from her promptly. ... I also appreciated how she did the centerpiece preview so you wouldnt wonder what it would look like on the day of your wedding....which most florists will NOT do without charging you for that as well....If I didn't like something, she would change it. It's possible that other brides where either too picky or simply didn't express to her what changes they would like......she does a wonderful job...... SO good in fact that I recommended her to a friend of mine that was getting married and Deanne did such a wonderful job creating everything on such a good budget with NO fillers (pictures always helped so she had a better idea of what we would like) I cannot say anything bad about her services as she does such a good job for much more accommodating bugets. read more

Working with Deanne at Bella Fiore for my wedding was such a pleasure. Upon meeting her we talked out my image of the day, types of flowers I like, colors and venue details. She took great notes and offered many helpful suggestions. We got married outside on a golf course and then had the reception inside, so she suggested taking the background floral arrangement and hanging baskets from the ceremony and using them inside the venue as well, to save money. She executed this task flawlessly during the cocktail reception. Not only were Deanne's designs creative and beautiful, she captured the fresh/spring type theme of the day perfectly. Don't forget to read all the filtered reviews... I am usually not one to write horrible reviews but I do not want anyone else to go through what I did on my wedding day. I was in tears when I saw my bouquet... I was very optimistic at first when I met Deanne. The work she produced was beautiful. I am not denying that. I thought she was someone that could make my vision for my wedding a reality. Then one day she disappeared. She didn't return any of my calls or emails for about 2 weeks. I was horrified. I had already paid my deposit and I didn't think I could afford to move on to another florist... Eventually, she picked up one of my calls and claimed she didn't know that I was looking for her. I decided that I would try to make this work. She had a good chunk of my money and it was so close to the wedding date... She created a sample centerpiece which was really pretty. I had wanted white dahlias for the centerpieces and burgundy mini calla lillies for the bridesmaids and a dark dahlia bouquet with other dark flowers mixed in for my bouquet. I also paid $500 for her to set up my candy buffet at the reception. On the morning of my wedding my bridesmaid handed me my bouquet. She told me that the florist dropped them off and left. I thought there must have been a mistake. This did not look like my bouquet. The bridesmaid bouquets didn't look right either. I wanted dark reds and these bouquets were white and pink. They were pretty but wrong! I tried to call Deanne all morning and day before the wedding but she didn't pick up my calls. I couldn't believe she would drop off the bouquets without showing them to me. I called the reception venue to see if I could find her there but she had already left. The coordinator at the reception venue was concerned. She had informed me that the florist had gone but she had forgotten to set up the candy buffet before she left. I was so upset. I couldn't believe how so many things could go wrong because of one person. I got married carring a bouquet I hated. Something no bride should go through. Once I came back from my honeymoon, I emailed Deanne. She told me that she didn't return my calls because she didn't want to bother me on my wedding day. Unbelievable! I asked her for a partial refund and she agreed to it. But weeks went by without a check in the mail. I kept emailing her to request my refund check. She didn't respond or send anything until I told her that she is really giving me no choice but to go through small claims court. That day she responded to my email and I received my check a few days later. This whole situation was partly my fault. I should have switched to another florist when she went missing for two weeks in the beginning. That is a sign of her work ethics right there. Again, I hate to bash Deanne and her company. Deanne was very helpful in working with my budget! The flowers were all very gorgeous! She showed me two sample centerpieces because the first centerpiece was not what I wanted. The only thing that disappointed me was that she was not always responsive in emails. When I did get ahold of her she was great, very friendly and helpful! She forgot to give me a "tossing" bouquet so my maid of honor let me use her bouquet to toss. My centerpieces were supposed to have mini apples in the vases, which said in the contract but instead she put regular sized apples in the centerpieces. My bridal bouquet was beautiful and the centerpieces were so dramatic. I didn't have to worry about a thing as far as making sure everyone was wearing their corsages and assigned boutonnieres. My daughter and I hired this florist for my daughter's wedding which was in June 2013. At our first meeting the owner was trustworthy, caring, and attentive and showed us beautiful wedding flowers and ideas. We seemed to hit it off with her and felt she understood my daughter's wedding vision. My daughter met with her two additional times and emailed her a few times to get the details correct. One week before the wedding our coordinator emailed her the ceremony and reception timeline and called to confirm all of the flower details. The day of the wedding the flowers looked amazing. We also received a lot of compliments on them. However she did not follow her own written order on what she was to do that day in regards to type of flowers, colors and mainly the ceremony arch where she was supposed to have sheer fabric with a statement piece. When nicely asked about where it was three hours before the wedding, we received attitude "Was I supposed to do that and I guess my work isn't done here." Also, the ribbon colors were all wrong (we even had mailed her fabric swatch months before). The cake was never decorated (our coordinator had to do this), and the flowers were not the flowers we ordered for the arrangements. Although she had plenty of time to fix her errors she chose not to. Like I said the arrangements did come out beautiful, however her unprofessional attitude and lack of details is a big turn-off for any bride on their special day especially upsetting the bride right before her ceremony. After we complained to her, she did apologize for her errors, but with no explanation to why things didn't get done as ordered. I think she just didn't care. We did received a small refund (after reminding her) a month later for the things she did not do with a thank you note asking us to review her on yelp and wedding wire. When we did review her with a low rating we received an email to remove our reviews or she would get an attorney involved to get our honest reviews taken down! I'm sad to say, due to her morals and actions I cannot recommend her. Our mistake was to not read her reviews on yelp and wedding wire - all very old, most not from 2013 and check out the filtered section at the bottom of her yelp page she has yelp move them to that section so they don't count in her ratings! read more

I was referred to Deanna by a few friends that had used her for their weddings. I didn't have the time or energy to shop around and was planning a big wedding with 300 guests. Deanna's first quote was way more than I wanted to spend. I saw pictures and loved her work but told her she was just out of my budget. She came back to me with ideas on how to cut costs while keeping the flowers beautiful and sufficient for a room filled with 300 people. This made me happy because I did not feel like meeting with a ton of vendors and shopping around for the best price. I am not going to lie, after hearing what my friends have spent on flowers for half the guest count, I was a little scared to see what she was going to come up with. All I can say is that the flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had pictured. I am not creative or artsy and she took my vision of the flowers and totally exceeded my expectation while staying within an impossible budget. The colors, flowers, arrangements, bouquets were absolutely beautiful, everything was exactly as we wanted, it was perfect!!!! We did have several meetings as we wanted to make sure we got what we wanted but it was worth it, because my daughter was happy, and so was I.. Belle Fiore was the florist that my wedding venue, The Ebell Club, recommended. After meeting with Deanne I was so excited and confident that the flowers at my wedding were going to be gorgeous. After meeting two times and exchanging multiple e-mails I was shocked with what was actually provided the day of my wedding. The flower arrangements were tiny and sparse. Some of the elements were not even the the flowers I agreed to. My Manzanita centerpieces and ceremony statement pieces were suppose to have glass-ball-candle-holders hanging from them. The day of the wedding Deanne decided not use them. I even offered to buy the glass balls and candles myself because I wanted them so badly but Deanne assured me that she could provide them if I paid a few hundred more dollars. I have doubts that she even bought them. Also, when I hired her she told me that she would walk me thru the venue and go over everything the day of the wedding to make sure everything was right. The day of the wedding she was not there when I arrived and had only left a post-it congratulating me on my wedding. After the wedding I contacted her to express how unhappy I was with the flowers. She wrote back a horribly rude email. I could go on and on about how disappointed I was with my wedding flowers and how unprofessional Deanne is. I would not recommend her to anyone. read more

If your looking for someone who gets your vision of your wedding day, then don't book Bella Fiore!! My theme is Rustic Chic. Deanne kept saying vintage. Vintage is lace, crystal, and long candles in my mind, and don't you think she would try to pick up on that. I explained this to her, how I felt that vintage was all that, and she stilled kept saying the V word... Rustic Chic, is dark woods, burlap, and No lace.... If Craft-mans style home isn't enough to say rustic-chic, then I don't know what to tell you! I kept showing her ideas, and pictures that I wanted to use for our tables, and reception; she kept wanting to go in a different direction of my style, and overall theme. All I kept hearing from her was vintage/romance. I asked her how long she's been in the business for, and she replied (7yrs). The 1st florist I met with had over (25yrs) of experience, and it showed. Never-the-less, I wanted to see what Deanne would bring to the table. Top reason I didn't book her: She didn't listen to me, and understand my vision. She wanted ($ 1,000 up front which is nonrefundable.) She has a lot of bad reviews on yelp. Some are very recent, and other go back only a year, or two... read more

The great things written about Deanna from "Bella Fiore" are true...but the bad things are also very true. I booked Deanna because she was referred by my reception site "The Ebell Club" and because the sample books showing her work were beautiful. I met with Deanna and was so excited because it seemed like she understood my vision for the wedding party flowers and the reception flowers. I had a specific idea that I wanted for the table centerpieces and we went over exactly what I wanted. I was also very happy that she was able to work around my tight budget. However, it seemed that the moment I gave her a deposit she was no longer able to be reached. I emailed and called her many times to try and get her to send me an invoice of my order. It took several weeks for me to get a hold of her and she did finally send me my invoice and receipt for the deposit. I then met with her one more time a week before the wedding to go over the order and make sure that everything was status quo. The day of the wedding she dropped off the flowers and left before I was even able to look at them. I had given her chocolate brown satin to wrap around the bridesmaids flowers that I had purchased because it matched the sashes on the dresses. She didn't use what I gave her but used a cheap chocolate brown ribbon instead. It still looked nice but was not what I was expecting. I was very pleased, however, with the flowers. They were beautiful and my bouquet was gorgeous. So I didn't make a big deal about the satin because the flowers were what I had envisioned. Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. When I showed up at the reception I noticed that the centerpieces on the tables did not have the floating candles on top that I ordered. I was extremely upset because I had paid extra for them and I had even told Deanna that I would purchase them myself and drop them off to her...that is how much I wanted those darn candles! The floating candles were an element of my centerpieces that I had been planning for over a year and for her to just leave them out after I had paid for them was appalling. I am sure all you brides out there can relate. Then to top off the evening, Deanna forgot the "throw away" bouquet for the bouquet toss. My coordinator (god bless her) went around and put together a bouquet for me with loose flowers and some ribbon. When I got back from my honeymoon I again tried to contact Deanna numerous times to demand a partial refund but to not avail. To this day she still has not returned my calls. All in all, everything worked out and my flowers were gorgeous. However, it was a very frustrating experience that I would not wish on anyone. read more

At our first appointment my Mom and I loved Deanne, she acted genuinely interested, caring and convinced us she would take care of our wedding flower needs (apparently a good sales woman) we also liked that she was the preferred vendor for the venue we were using, knew all of the important people at the venue and the other vendors we were using, and she seemed to work at the venue quite often. We really liked her, trusted her and felt we had a good rapport with her. She gave us ideas and showed us pictures of beautiful wedding flowers she had done in the past. She promised to take care of our flower needs and work with the other vendors at my wedding. I emailed Deanne a few times and met with her twice. Also, my coordinator confirmed details of the order/contract one week before the wedding all seemed on track, until the day of the wedding. I must say most of the flowers she did do for my wedding looked amazing, we had a lot of compliments on the flowers. However the problem is she didn't do what was in the order/contract. For example: I wanted more purple orchids and less roses and this was stated in the contract and still she put mainly roses in our flower arrangements at the ceremony and reception. I think what bothered me the most that day was her attitude, which was very upsetting to me especially right before the ceremony. First thing my mom noticed: Four hours before the event the linens were the wrong color due to Deanne telling our linen company that they had the wrong color, but really Deanne did not have the color correct and so the linen company had to come back to the venue and fold 110 more napkins in the correct color (after I even went out of my way to mail her a swatch of the exact linen color). At this point it's about 1:00 pm (the ceremony is to begin at 5:30pm) and Deanne had the wrong color ribbon on the VIP wrist corsages (for grandmothers and other special guests) she just never changed the color out because she said she didn't have the color ribbon we needed, my mom suggested white ribbon, but it was never fixed. It was also very embarrassing for us, and our VIP guests that the wrist corsages fell apart due to the flowers being too heavy and our guest couldn't even wear them! Also my groom's boutonniere fell off before pictures- nothing was put together right, all half assed! The next thing was she came in to the bridal room with the bridesmaids and bridal bouquets, which were very lovely. I asked her how everything was looking at the ceremony site (the arch area we were getting married under which was suppose to be draped in sheer white fabric and a large flower statement piece flowing down the arch) she said with an attitude " oh was I supposed to get the fabric and oh I forgot about the statement piece, I guess I have more work to do". I couldn't believe that she had forgotten such a big item since this was a big deal to me as I had stated to her in our prior appointments and email conversations. Her attitude really made me upset, but I kept my cool because I really thought she was going to fix these mistakes before the ceremony. When she left the bridal room the bridesmaids could not believe her attitude and her big mistake! And why would anyone say they had more work to do, this was the work she was hired to do from the beginning! At this point though she still had 3 hours, but to our horror she never fixed anything. Basically she did what she wanted to do and threw a few large arrangements at the ceremony site (and charged us for these even though we didn't order them). We heard she left the venue around 3:30, never to be seen again that day. She never decorated the cake, so here we had a white wedding cake without the cascading orchids we had ordered. She blamed it on the cake not being there before she left. (The cake was on time, at the time stated in the timeline that was sent to her a week before the wedding). Our coordinator had to decorate the cake with flowers taken out of some of the other arrangements! Also, the venue coordinator had to move the arrangements from the ceremony upstairs to the reception and clean up the flower petals these things all her responsibility (maybe the venue needs to rethink the preferred florist).I think Deanne has bride burnout going on... if you're going to work with brides please hire a real assistant to help you out; maybe you are overwhelmed? Realize that this is the bride's special day and you need to do what you say you'll do, and actually read the contract thoroughly before the wedding day and the day of to prepare the flowers and other items as to the bride's vision- not your vision. BASICALLY SHE DOES WHAT SHE WANTS TO DO AND NOT WHAT YOU WANT HER TO DO! I AM SAD TO SAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR TO ANYONE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! read more

From day one when we met at her studio, we set our expectations as to what we were looking for and the budget we wanted to stay on. Deanne at Belle Fiore was a pleasure to work with and helped make our dream wedding a reality. From our first meeting with Deanne, we were 100% confident that our flowers would be absolutely perfect. She has an incredible knowledge of flowers and designs which made us feel like our flowers would be unique to our wedding. Deanne also has a vast array of baskets, boxes, candles, votives and vases that we were able to use to try our full vision together. We loved our second meeting, where she made a mock-up centerpiece, so we knew exactly what we were getting a few weeks before the wedding and we were able to bring it home with us to show our family! On the day of our wedding, Deanne was extremely prompt and efficient when delivering our flowers (in buckets of water so they were extremely fresh) and helping the groomsmen with their boutonnieres. Then she headed to the reception venue and set everything up and made sure it was above and beyond what we had expected. This is my second experience with Bella Fiore...and they impressed me once again. We hired Bella Fiore for our wedding last Friday and received so many compliments from our guests. The flowers were gorgeous! Deanne was very accommodating to everything we asked for and went above and beyond our expectations. We simply gave her a color scheme and the "feel" we wanted for our wedding, and she came up with some beautiful designs. So creative! Even my husband's aunt, who is an experienced florist in New York, took notes and photos so she could share with her design team back home. The flowers were all so fresh and held up for days afterwards (my bouquet is still looking good 6 days later!). I highly recommend Bella Fiore if you want your guests to be wowed. I met with Deanne twice before my wedding to discuss floral arrangements for my wedding. I went to her months in advance to make sure I gave her enough time to get exactly what I wanted for my special day. The first time we went the arrangement was not really what I was looking for, so we wrote down everything that I wanted. The second time we met the arrangement was still incorrect, none of the specific flowers that I asked for were in the arrangement. Again, we went over everything I wanted, making a big note that I definitely did NOT want red roses in anything! After this last meeting we discussed my flowers at least four times over the phone and she still couldn't get it right. But she continued to assure me it would be correct by my wedding. About two weeks before my wedding, I sent Deanne an email saying that I have yet to see the invoice that had all the notes about my floral arrangements and wedding bouquets. I ended up having to send this email twice before I could get her to respond. In her response, she STILL had flowers wrong! So once again I went over in detail exactly what I wanted. A few days went by and Deanne had yet to respond to this email. I tried to call her a couple of times about a week before my wedding and still no response. I finally had to leave another voicemail explaining I wasn't going to be around my computer so I needed a call ASAP. And still no call. The day of my wedding, I still hadn't heard a single word from her, so this really made my stress levels rise! Once I got to the church I saw that the corsages for the mothers and grandmothers were completely wrong, instead of being pearl bracelets with specific small flowers I got huge flowers randomly stuck to a pin. The mens boutonnieres the flower colors were completely off. On my way to the church is when she finally decided to call me back. Since I was busy with pictures my step mother had to deal with her. Deanne had come with the correct boutonnieres for the ring bearer and my uncle who was walking me down the isle. Once at the reception I took my first look at the center pieces. COMPLETELY WRONG! Everything was off, there were huge sticks coming out of the middle and falling onto guests, the colors that I specifically asked for were still missing and worst of all RED ROSES! Some of the flowers in the arrangements were already dead as well. There was supposed to be fruit covering the inside of the vases and instead I found a few pieces simply floating in the water. My bridesmaids didn't have enough vases at the table to hold their bouquets, and my vase wasn't even there. The hotel had to find me one. Deanne has yet to talk to me in person or over the phone. She did an extremely inadequate job. I paid about $1500 EXTRA since my hotel package included center pieces. Deanne is definitely not worth the amount of money I spent. Nothing I wanted was in anything, I am horribly upset by her performance. read more

Deanne and her team at Bella Fiore are amazing! Bella Fiore came very highly recommended from a friend who had recently gotten married. I met with Deanne and looked through her work and I signed her up immediately. I didn't have a strong vision for what I wanted the flowers to be - I just knew that I wanted a bright, lush feel. Deanne perfectly understood what I was going for and made tons of helpful suggestions. She met with us a few months before the wedding and made some beautiful samples for us that were ours to take home and admire. We had a few tweaks and ideas for changes. Deanne incorporated our suggestions flawlessly and dead on. On the day of the wedding, Deanne and her team were at our venue even before it was open to us. They rushed in and got right to work. By the time I arrived with my bridesmaids, almost everything was set up. The reception room was gorgeous. Deanne used mixed centerpieces - some with beautiful miniature tree branches, and some without. The contrast added great variety to the set up. She also added beautiful, colorful flower petals to our cake, and lined the aisle as well. The statement pieces at the alter were gorgeous and perfectly fit our outdoor garden ceremony venue. During the reception, they flanked our table and made for some great pictures. But my absolute favorite thing of all was my bouquet. It could not have been more perfect, and was complimented by the bridesmaid bouquets. Bella Fiore also supplied a number of other fabulous decorations such as Chinese lanterns. Deanne also suggested that we use small potted plants as our favors - they doubled as our table card holders, which was great! Overall, I really cannot say enough good things about Bella Fiore and Deanne. She was incredibly helpful, artistic, and just a genuinely nice person. We were very lucky to work with her, and would recommend Bella Fiore without reservation! read more

DON'T USE HER!!!! The first time i met deanne and saw all her stuff i was so excited. i really liked her and also liked her portfolio of flower arrangements that's she had showed me. i hired her on the spot. I had asked her for an arrangement with a few different type of flowers also i specified that i wanted black magic roses in there. The First arrangement was ok, but was missing the roses i had requested. She continued to make a couple more samples for me. The flowers looked like they were about to die, in the other samples. In one particular sample i picked up the arrangement and all of the flowers were falling a part. During this whole process she would disappear for a few weeks at a time and wouldn't call me back. I realized a month before m wedding that she was a huge problem. I spoke to the hotel that referred me to her and wrote her a nasty email. She finally agreed to give me my 1,000 deposit back. Thank god i found a wonderful florist about one month before my wedding!! My flowers looked amazing and they were at a great price!!! read more

We were so excited about working with Deanne. She was incredible, until we put down our deposit $$$. After, she was extremely unresponsive, including to our wedding planner. Finally, months later, when we were able to get ahold of her, our sample centerpiece was a hot mess. It was all wrong...the colors as well as the style. It was so bad that I cried. After spending more time trying to help her get it right, she was again unresponsive. Finally, she sent pictures and the pictures of the sample centerpiece were still wrong. Our wedding planner then suggested we find someone else since she was so unreponsive and her flowers were a mess. We still have not received half of our deposit back (as agreed). And we have found someone so much better. I would strongly recommend against Deanne. Her arrangements are flawed, and she is extremely unresponsive. She is a nice person, but working with her was a nightmare. read more

Working with Deanne at Bella Fiore was interesting. I went with Bella Fiore because they were a recommended vendor from our venue. One positive thing about her is that she was very friendly every time we met. Unfortunately, she is very slow in responding to emails. We met with her like 3 times to discuss what we wanted our centerpieces to look like. After describing to her what we wanted all of the samples she provided were wrong. Deanne assured me not to worry and that on the big day she would have it right. She even emailed me two days before the wedding to make sure that she had everything correct. So, I was shocked when I went to look at the venue before the wedding to realize that the centerpieces were wrong. I had asked for a short centerpiece with 90% yellow and just a few white flowers with a clear glass vase, filled with turquoise sea glass. Deanne even confirmed this is what I wanted in the email I mentioned earlier, 2 days before the wedding. What I got was a centerpiece that was almost all white, with no sea glass. Instead it had some green leaf wrapped around inside. Also I had given Deanne a picture of exactly how the flowers were to be placed on the cake. All I wanted besides the topper was a flower here and there on each tier. When I looked at my cake it only had a topper, no flowers were placed on any tier. I don't understand how she could have forgot or messed that up. It's not that hard. I even confirmed with her that morning when she came to my room to give me my bouquet that she had the picture of how I wanted the flowers placed on the cake. She assured me that she did and that she had everything under control. Deanne caused me stress that I didn't need on my wedding day. I'm very disappointed that she didn't listen to what I wanted and just did whatever she wanted. I would definitely not recommend Deanne from Bella Fiore. As many times as she "double checked" with me to see if she had everything right, I don't understand how she still managed to mess things up. read more
