He noticed a cervical polyp and suggested I make an appointment with his Middletown, NY office after the holidays to get it removed. The appointment was on a Monday in January at 10:30 a.m. I got a reminder call which gave the address of his office as 111 Maltese Drive in Middletown. When I entered the building, I was advised that he is in the building at 2 Edgewater. This was annoying. I go to the 2 Edgewater office and check in an sit in the waiting room for about five minutes. I am called to the desk and told that I cannot be seen today because the instrument needed for my procedure is broken. I could not believe that they could not have called me to tell me not to come. I had someone drive over an hour to come and get me and another half hour to this office in Middletown. If the instrument was broken on Monday, it was broken on Friday and I should have been called. Love Dr. Palmer! I wish he was also an Obstetrician. He's an excellent Gynecologist. He quickly…read morecalls me back if I need to speak to him and he's very patient and kind.
