Megan was really patient with me. The first time I got my brows done, I had hardly any hair so it took a while to place them and draw them on but she adjusted and readjusted until I was happy with the shape. After healing, they faded significantly which I knew was normal but I wasn't as happy with the color as I was when I had them first done. However, when I told Megan about this in my touch-up appointment, she was more than happy to change her technique a little and darken the color for me. Now that they are healed again, they look incredibly natural and I'm finally comfortable with taking all of my makeup off! My Mom and sisters all have makeup tattoos. I'm blessed with small eyes and as I've aged it's been harder to find eyeliner that does not run. So I've been thinking about eyeliner tattooing for some time now. Although this Covid-19 quarantine has been extremely difficult, it also presented an unusual opportunity for me while working from home; the ability to get this tattoo and the touchup work without taking time-off! My sister plans to have her eyeliner redone (previously done by another artist) by Megan after seeing mine. I was very impressed with Megan. I have never been a huge fan of needles. In fact, I am deathly afraid of needles especially getting blood drawn. I'm not really sure why I decided to get Nano blading since it uses a needle, LOL. Well, I went for it and I'm so HAPPY that I did. Megan was wonderful. She answered all of my questions. I felt very confident with her ability, temperament and studio. I did a lot of research before choosing Bella Ink. I wanted someone who had experience working with people of color and matching colors and skin needs. I've had my eyebrows microbladed by Megan several times and I would never, ever trust anyone else. She is simply the best, and at the top of the industry. She pursues and perfects the latest techniques while others stagnate with basic techniques. I had eye brows done before by another person. It was not have a satisfied outcome because the color fade away only three months. I LOVE my brows... I went for my initial visit and two touch ups as my brows were very sparse (thanks menopause). Due to my oily skin, the touch ups were necessary. Bella Ink Permanent Makeup was wonderful! When I was a child, I had fallen and sliced my forehead open leaving me with a scar over my eyebrow and some off it missing. Megan did a wonderful job. She was very kind and had a nice clean space. She listened to what I wanted my brows to look like and came up with the best shape for my eyebrows that would suit my face. The procedure was mildly painful, obviously, but the numbing gel she put on was very helpful. Drove to Portland from Olympia to get nanoblading done with Megan at Bella. The experience was very relaxing and I felt confident that she would do a great job. She asked multiple times throughout the process if I wanted the shape of the brows to be adjusted, how I liked the color, if I wanted more strokes added at the end, etc. She did such a great job with everything that I never had to ask for adjustments. Megan is very professional and a perfectionist! She filled in my brows which were extremely sparse in spots. Her microblading technique truly looks like real hair, and everyone was amazed when I told them I wasn't using pencil to fill them in anymore.
