July 14, 2025 This is a follow up to my first appointment with Alli at Saint Rose. After 3 weeks my eyebrows settled like Aili said they would do. I have gotten used to them and am exceedingly happy to have had them done. I needed some tweaking as most people do so I went back today for that. There was not any major fixing that needed to be done but she went over a few of the areas that needed a little more color or a little less color. She evened things out. They now look Perfect I am so happy with them. I may have to go back in a year or two for an update but other than that I am good to go. And if you are depressed you should go see Alli. Her personality will have you smiling before you leave the building. read more

I went in for my first of two sessions on Sunday to see Alli for micro blading. She was amazing! She made me feel really comfortable and was so easy to talk to, but also listened well and adjusted with feedback. I drove 5 hours to see her over others in my market! I've never treated myself to a service and been so happy in my life. Katherine worked on my lips and has my full trust and recommendation after my sessions. She makes you chill and comfortable and takes the most serious care of your symmetry and shape and color. Zero discomfort for me the whole time. Pain would have been well worth it for how much I like them, but there was absolutely none. Everyone that provides aesthetic services there seems like they are top of the game and people were walking out the door beaming. The girl that works here Sunny needs some serious work on how she communicates with clients and her professionalism. I reached out about her adjusting me and a friends permanent jewelry we got from her and she asked me what my ideal days/times I asked about Saturdays she said no I asked about Sundays and then got a long message about how she doesn't work Saturdays or Sundays because she works Monday-Friday and she needs a weekend. I never asked her to not take a weekend, I'm self employed and have very strict boundaries with my weekends. So I respect that... so I replied and asked okay what are your hours because my friend works Monday-Friday and she has just ghosted me. From the beginning she should have said I work Monday-Friday x time- x time what time would work for you within my hours? It saves Sunny time and the client time to not have that back and forth. Absolutely unprofessional and rude, especially when I was willing to pay $25 for 5 minutes of her time after paying $180 for 15 mins of her time in the first place and then to just be ignored and ghosted is actually insane. Also my friends anklet fell off in her sleep the first night she had it so clearly great work lol I didn't write this review until it was very clear Sunny was just ignoring me for over a week making posts non work related daily and then the morning of this review she posted that she was going out of town so messages from that day on would get a delayed response and then within 2 hours of my review I got a message telling me to go book through her link (could've and should've done that from the start) funny how that works. But at the end of the day really glad I avoided paying someone that runs their business this way and treats clients this way any more of my money. read more

Updating my experience! Since my last visit, they've updated their website. Upon my most recently booking I was able to see all the pre & post care instructions to assist in this process. The results after the touch up weren't as expected; about 6 months had past & they had not faded as much as she had insinuated it would. The artist & I had a lot of communication back and forth, and she had mentioned she was a contracted employee and she deferred to the owner Katherine who has really assisted me since then. (Though I'm quite confident, Hannah blocked me directly after this.) I think it's important to make sure you are in alignment with your artist and have the same concepts of what you want, unfortunately at the follow-up I don't think Hannah and I had the same vision, and it turned out a little darker than I would've preferred, asymmetrical, and closer than she had mapped out at our first session. From the get-go I had wanted more natural style of brow which was why I had originally gone to Hannah, though Katherine also has the expertise of this but was booked out. From looking at Katherine's instagram you can see that she specializes in a wide variety of face shapes and ethnicities which I find important being an Asian American. I've tried to let the work fade for the past six months and came in to see Katherine for Saline Removal. It's only been about 5 days and I see a drastic difference and have been given compliments left and right. I feel brand new, and I'm so incredibly grateful for Katherine's assistance in taking me under her wing and giving recommendations in what would give me what I'm looking for. Not once did I feel like she was trying to offer services I didn't need. Even with the saline removal, I could tell how skilled she was from the precision of her strokes, and she was able to give me much more of an arch, and reshape my brows to match my face shape more symmetrically. I felt that she genuinely was looking out for my best interest which I appreciated so much. Based on my desire to have stroked, natural brows, [in which I have an active lifestyle] she recommended to continue to let the brows fade (due to the combo brows that were done w/o my consent by the last PMU) so that I can come back for nano brows with her in the future. Excited to see how the saline removal continues to heal, but really happy to have found this incredible locally owned small business that I'm excited to share with my friends. read more

Yesterday was my fourth visit to St Rose for cosmetic tattooing. I had a lash line enhancement and was a bit nervous beforehand. Katherine explained the process when I had an eyebrow retouch (after two year). Katherine's explanations of what was happening helped me relax. I got my brows microbladed for the first time ever. I was a little hesitant because I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, being that my brows are already full, but let me tell you that this is one of the best life decisions I have ever made. Sunny did my brows and I absolutely love them. My brows look flawless -more defined, but very natural. I love that I can just wake up and my brows will already be ready to go. When I came in for my appointment, the receptionist put numbing cream on me and I sat for a bit to let it do its thang. I appreciate that Sunny explained the process & what she was doing, while she was doing it. First, she mapped my brows, made sure I was happy with the shape, then went to work and explained the aftercare protocol when she was finished. Saint Rose offers an aftercare kit that you can purchase (reasonably priced too, I might add), but I declined since I already had what I needed at home. I had a great experience and will definitely come here again when the time comes for touch ups! read more

I am in my mid forties and I'm part of the generation that over plucked. We went here yesterday because of my friend's bachelorette party! The plan was for some of us to get bracelets and/or tattoos from a flash sheet that was provided to us by the tattoo artist, Sunny. She was so great about communicating with us before hand by texting us the day before to make sure that the designs that we had chosen weeks earlier were the designs that we still wanted. I ended up changing mine and it went smoothly. We got there at noon (there were 7 of us so sunny had cleared her schedule all day, which was very kind). We had so much fun and she was incredibly accommodating because some of us ended up getting more than one tattoo because the flashes were so cute in person (see photos). The lines were crisp on the tattoos and she offered great advice about placement, which we all took (#insunnywetrust). She worked on us for SIX HOURS and we had such a great experience laughing and joking around with her. When I tell you that these new tattoos make my heart sing, I MEAN IT. I would 1000% go see her again and I plan on booking her for a bookstore event because I know that she would do so well. The vibes were so great, from the decor to the bathroom haha. Katherine is a true artist and a perfectionist when it comes to her art! I went to her after seeing my daughter-in-law's brows. Although I had seen her work firsthand, I wasn't sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't painful AT ALL and my brows looked perfect. The studio itself is beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful respite. The treatment area is spotless, tables comfortable, and the lovely cozy blankets are optional (although I highly recommend!). Hannah is an artist. She doesn't just do eyebrows, she frames your eyes so so so perfectly.

Katherine did my lip tint. I was nervous because my last lip tint with another provider was very painful. This time around was completely different- I even fell asleep during the procedure! Results are amazing- gave color and freshness to my lips. I use Katherine for my eyebrows, also, and nothing but praise for her skill. Will continue now for both eyebrows and lips. read more

Katherine has been doing my eyebrows for the last few years and I just have to say, she's absolutely the best I've ever seen. I was super scared to get my eyebrows done the first time and researched relentlessly for years. My mom and I scheduled appointments for microblading with Hannah last week. We were existing clients and had looked at the price ranges on the website prior to booking. She was very sweet and did a good job, however at the end of our appointments we were surprised by the total. I asked Hannah about this and she said that there was an extra charge for shading. This was not mentioned on the website or at any point prior to paying. We ended up paying (what else could we do at that point) but the next day my mom called the owner, Katherine, to inquire about the price discrepancy. She was extremely disrespectful and could care less about answering any of her questions. She said my mom was reading "too much into the price list" on her website, accused her of just being cheap and wanting a refund (which she did not ask for), and then promptly hung the phone up on her. Interestingly enough, she immediately made substantial changes to her website. I also tried contacting her myself but she hasn't responded. I guess when you don't have frequent repeat customers, some owners do whatever they feel they can get away with. Again, Hannah was great, but I will never go back after being treated like this by the owner. read more
