So I gave my 100$ deposit and the only appointment I could get was a month out. That's all fine. DON'T do some more research! I would highly proceed with caution my experience was a nightmare. Not only did I not receive even close to what I asked and paid for I got injured during the process. I'm devastated my eye brows were bright red and deeply scabbed painful and horribly embarrassing right in time for Christmas. When I reached out to them and showed them the pictures not only did they not take any accountability, apologize, or offer any kind oof suggestions offer any help they blamed it on something I must of done. They said they couldn't do anything for me period. I was shocked at how unsympathetic they were. My eyebrows are scared with a red hue and blotchy. They are your BFF right off the bat! They welcome you and create a warm environment free from stress or anxiety. I am an OG client and continue to go back over the years for touch ups. I don't let just anyone tattoo my face. Even though I have moved away. I still make the time to fly or drive to see them. It's like catching up with your friends. Today ai had my first session with Shonna to camouflage two decent size scars on my arms. Shonna and I had been communicating for a couple months in preparation for the day. I had sent pics, she set expectations and I felt like I knew her a bit going into the day. She was just as welcoming and knowledgeable in person as she was via IG and text. She sat me down upon arrival to go over everything, explaining the process and how many sessions it would take etc. We took pictures and we started the numbing process. I mentioned I didn't usually numb up very well but was in absolute shock when I felt very little when she started working on me. They use only medical grade topical numbing "stuff". That's an A++ in my book! Shonna was meticulous in choosing the right coloring for my skin tone, even triple checking and swapping colors when she got even a closer look. The whole session was seamless, so much that when I go back for my second session I'm getting a lip tint too. While I was there, there were two other people getting lip tints and both Viv and Lina the artists/technicians were so fun and welcoming too!
